Claims (21)
- Nadel (1), insbesondere zum maschinellen Einstechen eines Fadens (2) in Nähgut (3),mit einem Nadelkörper, zu dem ein länglicher Schaft (4) mit einer Spitze (21) gehört, der ein Öhr (7) aufweist, das sich mit einem spitzen Winkel zur Schaftlängsrichtung (11) geneigt durch diesen erstreckt, wobei das Öhr (7) einen Eingang (12) und einen Ausgang (14) aufweist, die jeweils eine spitzennahe Begrenzung (15, 17) und eine spitzenferne Begrenzung (16, 18) aufweisen und die auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Schafts (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass zwischen der spitzennahen Begrenzung (15) des Eingangs (12) und der spitzenfernen Begrenzung (18) des Ausgangs (14) ein positiver Abstand verbleibt, undmit einem an dem Nadelkörper in Nachbarschaft des Ausgangs (14) des Öhrs (7) ausgebildeten Höcker (22), der sich seitlich von dem Schaft (4) weg erstreckt.
- Nadel (1), insbesondere zum maschinellen Einstechen eines Fadens (2) in Nähgut (3),mit einem Nadelkörper, zu dem ein länglicher Schaft (4) mit einer Spitze (21) gehört, der ein Öhr (7) aufweist, das sich zur Schaftlängsrichtung (11) mit einem spitzen Winkel geneigt durch diesen erstreckt, wobei das Öhr (7) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, undmit einem an dem Nadelkörper in Nachbarschaft des Ausgangs (14) des Öhrs (7) ausgebildeten Höcker (22), der sich seitlich von dem Schaft (4) weg erstreckt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öhr (7) einen Eingang (12) und einen Ausgang (14) aufweist, die jeweils eine spitzennahe Begrenzung (15, 17) und eine spitzenferne Begrenzung (16, 18) aufweisen und die auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Schafts (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass zwischen der spitzennahen Begrenzung (15) des Eingangs (12) und der spitzenfernen Begrenzung (18) des Ausgangs (14) ein positiver Abstand verbleibt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öhr (7) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öhr eine Länge (L) aufweist, die größer ist als die Dicke der Nadel.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nadel (1) an ihrem Schaft (4) eine zu dem Öhr (7) führende Fadenrinne (27) aufweist, wobei sich die Rinne (27) parallel zu der Nadellängsrichtung (11) erstreckt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fadenrinne (27) eine Tiefe aufweist, die im wesentlichen mit dem Durchmesser des Öhrs (7) übereinstimmt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fadenrinne (27) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen, vorzugsweise einen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Öhr (7) an seinem Eingang (12) zu der Spitze (21) hin begrenzende Kante (15) an der Nadelaußenseite angeordnet ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gedachte, die Kante (15) berührende Verlängerung einer Bohrung (8), die das Öhr (7) bildet, mit einer Nadelseite (36), in der eine Nadelrinne (27) vorgesehen ist, einen Schnittpunkt (35) ergibt, wobei der Abstand zwischen diesem Schnittpunkt (35) und dem Boden (28) der Nadelrinne (27) größer ist als der Durchmesser der Bohrung (8).
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der spitze Winkel zwischen einer Bohrungsmittelachse (9) des Öhrs (7) und der Längsmittelachse (11) kleiner als 30° ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der spitze Winkel zwischen einer Bohrungsmittelachse (9) des Öhrs (7) und der Längsmittelachse (11) kleiner als 20° ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der spitze Winkel zwischen einer Bohrungsmittelachse (9) des Öhrs (7) und der Längsmittelachse (11) kleiner als 15° ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Spitze (21) und dem Öhr (7) ein Abstand festgelegt ist, der geringer ist als die Länge des Öhrs (7).
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Spitze (21) und dem Öhr (7) ein Abstand festgelegt ist, der geringer als die halbe Länge des Öhrs (7) und/oder kleiner als die Nadelstärke ist.

- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Höcker (22) eine quer zu der Längsrichtung (Längsmittelachse 11) der Nadel (1) zu messende Höhe aufweist, die vorzugsweise weniger als 80% des Durchmessers des Öhrs (7) beträgt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Höcker (22) eine längs zu der Längsrichtung (Längsmittelachse 11) der Nadel (1) zu messende Länge aufweist, die vorzugsweise weniger als 80% der Länge des Öhrs (7) beträgt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Höcker (22) und dem Öhr (7) ein verrundeter Übergang ausgebildet ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (4) gerade ausgebildet ist und im Anschluss an den Höcker (22) eine Länge mit konstantem Querschnitt aufweist, die ein Mehrfaches der Öhrlänge betragt.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (4) einen rechteckigen, vorzugsweise einen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
