Claims (11)
- Nadel (1) für eine Nähmaschine,
mit einem Nadelkörper (2), der an einem Ende eine Spitze (4) und an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Spannteil (3) aufweist, wobei die Spitze (4) eine Längsmittelachse (5) festlegt, die mit der Längsrichtung des Schafts (2) übereinstimmt,
mit einem sich quer durch den Nadelkörper (2) erstreckenden Öhr (6), das in der Nähe der Spitze (4) angeordnet und zwischen zwei Öhrwänden (14, 15) begrenzt ist, mit Rändern (19, 20), die die Kontur des Öhrs (6) an seiner Fadenauslaufseite festlegen, wobei sich die Ränder auslaufseitig von einem schaftseitigen Öhrende (7) zu einem gegenüberliegenden, spitzenseitigen Öhrende (8) erstrecken, wobei die Kontur zumindest im Öhrbereich unterhalb einer gedachten direkten Verbindungslinie (21) zwischen dem schaftseitigen Öhrende (7) und einer spitzenseitigen Erhebung (22) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (19, 20) einen Bogen festlegen, der sich in seinem mittleren Bereich an die Längsmittelachse (5) annähert. - Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (19a, 19b) der Öhrwände (14, 15) konkav gekrümmt sind.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Nadel (1) im auslaufseitigen Anschluss an das Öhr (6) eine Fadenrinne (18) ausgebildet ist, die sich in Richtung auf die Spitze (4) hin erstreckt und dass die Öhrwände (14, 15) an dem spitzenseitigen Öhrende (8) in Seitenwände (16, 17) der Fadenrinne (18) übergehen.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (19a, 19b) der Öhrwände (14, 15) und die Ränder (20a, 20b) Seitenwände (16, 17) der anschließenden Fadenrinne (18) bogenförmig gekrümmt sind.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auslaufseitige Fadenrinne (18) parallel zu der Längserstreckung der Nadel (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öhrwände (14, 15) bezüglich einer das Öhr (6) mittig teilenden, gedachten Längsmittelebene symmetrisch zueinander ausgebildet sind.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (14, 15) des Öhrs (6) an der Auslaufseite des Öhrs (6) in Querrichtung abgeflacht sind.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (14, 15) des Öhrs (6) an der Auslaufseite des Öhrs (6) gerundete Kanten aufweisen.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nadelkörper (2) der Nadel (1) in dem Abschnitt zwischen der Spitze (4) und einer Hohlkehle (11) nur zwischen dem Öhr (6) und der Hohlkehle (11) eine Höhe aufweist, die 80% bis 90%, vorzugsweise 87% der Nennhöhe des Schafts (2) entspricht.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öhrwände (14, 15) an wenigstens einer Stelle (8) durch die auslaufseitige Absenkung ihrer Ränder (19) an ihrem tiefsten Punkt einen Abstand von etwa 25% der Schaftnennhöhe zu der Längsmittelachse (5) aufweisen.
- Nadel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öhrwände (14, 15) einlaufseitig durch Ränder begrenzt sind, die gerade ausgebildet sind und sich vorzugsweise in gerader Verlängerung der Ränder von Seitenwänden (29, 30) erstrecken, die eine Fadeneinlaufrinne (28) begrenzen.
