Claims (22)
- Gleitschalungsfertiger mit einem Traktor (2) bestehend aus einem Maschinenrahmen (4) mit parallel zur Arbeitsrichtung verlaufenden Längsträgern (8), an deren Enden Fahrwerke (14) angeordnet sind und mit teleskopierbaren, quer zur Arbeitsrichtung verlaufenden Querträgern (18) zur variablen Einstellung der Arbeitsbreite, wobei an dem Maschinenrahmen (4). Arbeitseinrichtungen befestigt sind, die an unterschiedliche Arbeitsbreiten anpaßbar sind, wobei der Maschinenrahmen (4) einen Grundrahmen (20) aufweist, in dem die teleskopierbaren Querträger (18) gelagert sind, und unter dem Grundrahmen (20) ein Zwischenrahmen (24) angeordnet ist, an dem eine über die Arbeitsbreite unterteilte, an die Arbeitsbreite anpaßbare Arbeitseinrichtung befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand des Zwischenrahmens (24) von dem Grundrahmen (20) höhenverstellbar ist und daß die Arbeitseinrichtung ohne Montage an die Arbeitsbreite anpaßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geteilte Arbeitseinrichtung außenseitig an den Längsträgern (8) ortsfest gelenkig und innenseitig an dem Zwischenrahmen (24) in Querrichtung verschiebbar gelenkig gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung aus zwei Betonmulden (28,32) besteht, die in Arbeitsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind und gemeinsam die eingestellte Arbeitsbreite überdecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenrahmen (24) über mehrere gemeinsam verstellbare Höhenverstelleinrichtungen (36) mit dem Grundrahmen (20) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querträger (18) doppelt teleskopierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (8) jeweils über zwei teleskopisch ausfahrbare Querträger (18) und eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit (52) mit dem.Grundrahmen (20) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrwerke (14) an den Enden der Längsträger (8) um 90° verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrwerke (14) mit Hilfe einer Parallelogrammführung (16) an die Längsträger (8) angekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Grundrahmen (20) eine querverlaufende Schienenführung (56;142) mit mindestens zwei teleskopierbaren Schienen (60,62; 144,146,148) angeordnet ist, und daß ein Laufwagen (70,128) für eine Arbeitseinrichtung auf der Schienenführung (56;142) in Querrichtung verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Frontseite (21) des Grundrahmens (20) eine Vorderwand (104) an dem Grundrahmen höhenverstellbar befestigt ist, die zu beiden Seiten jeweils ein teleskopierbares Vorderwandelement (108,112) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderwandelemente (108, 112) gelenkig einerseits mit der Vorderwand (104) und andererseits gelenkig und höhenverstellbar mit dem Längsträger (8) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Laufwagen (70;128) mehrere Laufrollen (66;130) mit einer entsprechend der Anzahl der Schienen (60,62; 144,146,148) parallelen Anordnungen von Laufrillen aufweist, so daß mindestens eine der Laufrillen mit einer der. Schienen (60, 61;144, 146, 148) im Eingriff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Laufwagen (70;128) über ein Zugseil (74;132) auf der Schienenführung (56;142) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jedem Längsträger (8) oder an den Fahrwerken (14) beiderseits des Laufwagens (70;128) jeweils eine Seilrolle (78, 136) mit einem Seilrollenantrieb (82,140) angeordnet ist, mit dem das freie Ende des Zugseils (74; 132) aufwickelbar ist, wobei jeweils nur ein Seilrollenantrieb (82;140) ansteuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine flexible Hydraulikleitung (86) für die Arbeitseinrichtung über eine Schlauchhaspel (90) mit dem Laufwagen (70; 128) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung aus einem höhenverstellbaren, auf der Frontseite (21) des Grundrahmens (20) angeordneten Schwertverteiler (94) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitseinrichtung aus einem auf der Rückseite des Grundrahmens (20) angeordneten Längsglätter (120) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Schienen (144,148) mit den Fahrwerken (14) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsglätter (120) über zwei Lenker (124) mit dem Grundrahmen (20) gekoppelt ist, die eine Verschiebung des Längsglätters (120) in Längsrichtung bei Veränderung der Spurweite der Fahrwerke (14) zulassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Grundrahmen (20) ein an die Arbeitsbreite anpaßbarer in Querrichtung oszillierender Querglätter (150) aus zwei zur Bildung eines einstellbaren Dachprofils in der Mitte der Arbeitsbreite gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Balkenteilen (154,158) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Balkenteile (154,158) oder an Verlängerungsbalken (170), die mit den Balkenteilen (154,158) verbindbar sind, in Querrichtung verlaufende Gleitschienen (174) angeordnet sind, auf denen die Längsträger (8) in Querrichtung gleiten können, so daß die Balkenteile (154,158) über die Längsträger (8) seitlich heraustreten können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Balkenteile (154, 158) oder deren Verlängerungsbalken (170) an den Längsträgern (8) höhenverstellbar gekoppelt sind.
