Claims (6)
- Elektr. Steckverbinder,bestehend aus einem Steckerteil mit Isolierstoffgehäuse und einem Buchsenteil mit Isolierstoffgehäuse, die beide jeweils pro Pol eine angeformte Berührungsschutzhülse aufweisenderart, daß beim Schließen des Steckverbinders die Berührungsschutzhülsen, die die Buchsenkontakte des Buchsenteils umschließen, in die Aufnahmekammern der Berührungsschutzhülsen, die die Steckerstifte des Steckerteils umgeben, einschiebbar sind,wobei die Querschnittsprofile der Aufnahmekammern der Berührungsschutzhülsen des Steckerteils jeweils form- und weitgehend paßgenau dem äußeren Querschnittsprofil der jeweils zugeordneten Berührungsschutzhülsen des Buchsenteils entsprechen (= feste Codierung),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Berührungsschutzhülsen (12) des Steckerteils jeweils ein Mehrkammer-Querschnittsprofil, vorzugsweise ein 2-Kammer-Querschnittsprofil aufweisen, das aus der ersten Aufnahmekammer (20), die den Steckerstift (14) umgibt, und einer zweiten Aufnahmekammer (21) gebildet istderart, daß die zweite Aufnahmekammer (21) zu der ersten Aufnahmekammer (20) parallel verläuft und mit dieser einstückig ausgeformt ist und von der ersten Aufnahmekammer durch eine Isolierstoff-Zwischenwand (23) getrennt ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an dem Isolierstoffgehäuse des Buchsenteils Steckzapfen (22) angeformt sind, die beim Schließen des Steckverbinders form- und weitgehend paßgenau in die jeweils zugeordneten zweiten Aufnahmekammern (21) des 2-Kammer-Querschnittsprofils der Berührungsschutzhülsen des Steckerteils einfahren. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Steckzapfen (22) nahe dem Isolierstoffgehäuse des Buchsenteils Solibruchkerben (24) aufweisenund daß in der Umfangsfläche der Steckzapfen vor- oder zurückspringende Formgebungen (25) vorhanden sind mittels der die an der Solibruchkerbe abgetrennten Steckzapfen in die zweite Aufnahmekammer (21) des 2-Kammer-Querschnittsprofils der Berührungsschutzhülsen des Steckerteils verrastbar sind (= variable Codierung). - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die 2-Kammer-Querschnittsprofile der Berührungsschutzhülsen des Steckerteils zweistöckig aufgebaut sind derart,daß sich alle zweiten Aufnahmekammern (21) in einem oberen Stockwerk befindenund daß alle ersten Aufnahmekammern (20) in einem unteren Stockwerk angeordnet sind,wobei in den Seitenwänden der ersten Aufnahmekammern zu Codierungszwecken Vor- und Rücksprünge vorhanden sind, die sich ausschließlich in Richtung des unteren Stockwerks erstrecken. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die in Richtung des oberen Stockwerks sich erstreckende Breite der zweiten Aufnahmekammern (21) derart bemessen ist, daß in dem oberen Stockwerk zwischen den zweiten Aufnahmekammern benachbarter Berührungsschutzhülsen ein Freiraum (= freier Raum) gebildet istund daß in dem Freiraum die Bauelemente einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung positioniert sind, die die Steckverbinderhälften (Steckerteil und Buchsenteil) im geschlossenen Zustand miteinander verriegelt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bauelemente der Verriegelungsvorrichtung weitgehend versenkt in dem Freiraum positioniert sind derart, daß sie aus den äußeren Konturen der Steckverbinderhälften des Steckverbinders nicht oder nur geringfügig vorstehen.
