Claims (15)
- Steckverbindergehäuse (40), bestehend aus einem Steckgehäuse (2, 45) und aus am Steckgehäuse außenseitig angeordneten Verbindungsmitteln (5, 6) zum seriellen Anschluß mindestens eines weiteren mit gleichartig geformten Verbindungsmitteln (5, 6) ausgebildeten Steckgehäuses (2, 45) sowie aus mindestens einer zum Steckgehäuse (2, 45) gehörenden Gehäusekammer zur Aufnahme eines einführbaren, gegebenenfalls einrastbaren elektrischen Kontaktelementes (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steckgehäuse (2;45) auf der Seite der Verbindungsmittel (5;6) mindestens eine mit der Gehäusekammer (3;41,42,43,44) verbundene Aufnahmeöffnung (10;51,52) aufweist, in die ein zur Verriegelung des in die Gehäusekammer (3;41,42,43,44) einführbaren Kontaktelementes (4) vorgesehenes Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) einschiebbar ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das einschiebare Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) als Verriegelungsschieber ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das einschiebbare Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) durch Verbinden zueinander passend ausgebildeter Verbindungsmittel (5;6) gleich- bzw. verschiedenpoliger Steckverbindergehäuse (1;11) durch deren seriellen Anschluß selbst verriegelbar ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) als ein konform geformter Teilbereich der am Steckgehäuse (2;45) außenseitig, insbesondere an jeweils gegenüberliegenden Wandungsflächen (75,76) befindlichen Verbindungsmitteln (5;6) ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eines der außenseitig angeordneten Verbindungsmittel (5;6) unterteilt ist in ein am Steckgehäuse (2;45) fest angeformtes Verbindungsmittel (8;55,56) und in mindestens ein in das Steckgehäuse (2,45) steckbares Verriegelungsmittel (9;46), mit dem mindestens ein Kontaktelement (4) in dessen Einsteckgegenrichtung (G) sperrend verriegelbar ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) vorzugsweise als verrastbarer Verriegelungsschieber ausgebildet ist, der insbesondere aus einem vorzugsweise plattenförmigen viereckigen Rastformkopfteil (15) und aus mindestens einer am Rastformkopfteil (15) senkrecht angeformten, vorzugsweise streifenförmigen Verriegelungszunge (13,16;47;48) besteht, wobei nach Einschieben des Verriegelungs-schiebers (9;46) in die zugehörige Aufnahmeöffnung (10;51,52) das Rastformkopfteil (15) am Steckgehäuse (2;45) außenseitig anliegt. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (46) aus einem Rastformkopfteil (15) und aus zwei voneinander beabstandete Verriegelungszungenpaaren (47;48) besteht, wobei jeweils zwei Verriegelungszungen verschiedener Zungenpaare (47;48) durch eine stabilisierende Verbindungswand (62;63) miteinander verbunden sind. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmeöffnungen (10;51,52) senkrecht zur Einsteckrichtung (E) der Kontaktelemente (4) gerichtet innerhalb des Steckgehäuses (2;45) verlaufen und mit den Gehäusekammern (3;41 bis 44) derart verbunden sind, daß mindestens eine Stufenstelle (22;23) einer Schulter (14) oder Kante am jeweils eingesteckten Kontaktelement (4) vom Verriegelungsschieber (9;46) beaufschlagbar ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Aufnahmeöffnungen (10;51,52) vorzugsweise in Höhe der jeweiligen von einem Absatz bzw. einer Verengung zwischen Anschluß- bereich und Basisbereich eines Kontakt- elementes (4) gebildeten Schulter (14) der in die Gehäusekammer (3;41,42,43,44) eingesteckten Kontaktelemente (4) befinden, so daß verriegelungsfortschreitend der Verriegelungsschieber (9;46) auf die Schulter (14) des Kontaktelementes (4) sperrberührend auflegbar ist. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Rastformkopfteil (15) mindestens zwei parallel gerichtete, voneinander beabstandete, vorzugsweise streifenförmige Verriegelungszungen (13,16;47;48) angeordnet sind, die jeweils mit dem Rastformkopfteil (15) im wesentlichen ein U-Profil darstellen, so daß zwei Stufenstellen (22;23) der Schulter (14) des Kontaktelementes (4) zur Verriegelung vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (9) aus mindestens zwei parallel voneinander beabstandeten U-Profilen mit je einem Rastformkopfteil (15) und zwei Verriegelungszungen (13;16) besteht, wobei die Dimensionierungsunterschiede und der Abstand durch die Lage der Kontaktelemente (4) im Steckgehäuse (2;36;45) festgelegt sind und die Verriegelungszungen (13,16;47;48) der U-Profile sich in Länge, Breite und Tiefe unterscheiden. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die außenseitig angeordneten Verbindungsmittel (5;6) jeweils parallel zueinander beabstandete Führungsrinnen (83,84;21,24;58,59), in die jeweils vorzugsweise rechtwinklig abgewinkelte Führungsfügungen (27,28;60,61;72,73) des jeweils anderen Verbindungsmittels (6;5) am anderen Steckgehäuse (36) halternd formschlüssig einschiebbar sind, aufweisen. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das beim parallelen Einschieben des einen ersten Verbindungsmittels (5) in das andere zweite Verbindungsmittel (6) dem Verriegelungsschieber (9;46) des ersten Verbindungsmittels (5) zugewendete zweite Verbindungsmittel (6) zwischen seinen Führungsrinnen (21,24;57,64) mindestens eine Federzunge (29;67) mit mindestens einer Rastnase (30;68,69) besitzt und das korrespondierende Rastmittel (5), insbesondere der Verriegelungsschieber (9;46) einen Rastvorsprung (31) hat, der beim seriellen Anschluß eines weiteren Steckgehäuses (36) von der Rastnase (30;68,69) der Federzunge (29;67) derart hintergreifend unterfahrbar und verschnappbar ist, daß die Rastnase (30;68,69) und der Rastvorsprung (31) den seriellen Anschluß endverriegeln. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Aufhebung des seriellen Anschlusses zwischen den Verbindungsmitteln (5,6) die Rastnasen (30;68,69) an der Federzunge (29;67) des zweiten Verbindungsmittels (6) derart bemessen ausgebildet sind, daß sie nach Überwinden der Federkraft der Federzunge (29;67) aus dem Hintergriff des Rastvorsprungs (31) des Verriegelungsschiebers (9;46) des ersten Verbindungsmittels (5) lösbar sind. - Steckverbindergehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das einen Teilbereich der Verbindungsmittel (5;6) bildende Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) beim Lösen der seriellen Verbindung zwischen den Steckverbindergehäusen mit dem korrespondierenden Verbindungselement ziehbar ist, so daß das Verriegelungsmittel (9;46) vorzugsweise werkzeuglos entfernbar und somit mindestens ein eingesetztes Kontaktelement (4) entriegelbar ist.
