Claims (15)

  1. Boítier de connecteur à broche (40), composé d'un boítier d'embrochage (2, 45) et de moyens d'assemblage (5, 6) disposés extérieurement sur le boítier d'embrochage, pour le raccordement en série d'au moins un autre boítier d'embrochage (2, 45) muni de moyens d'assemblage (5, 6) de forme analogue, ainsi que d'au moins une chambre de boítier appartenant au boítier d'embrochage (2, 45) et destinée à recevoir un élément de contact électrique (4) pouvant être introduit et éventuellement encliqueté, caractérisé en ce que le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45) présente, sur le côté des moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6), au moins une ouverture réceptrice (10 ; 51, 52) communiquant avec la chambre de boítier (3 ; 41, 42, 43, 44) dans laquelle on peut insérer un moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) prévu pour le verrouillage de l'élément de contact (4) qui peut être introduit dans la chambre de boítier (3 ; 41, 42, 43, 44).
  2. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage insérable (9 ; 46) est constitué par un coulisseau de verrouillage.
  3. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage insérable (9 ; 46) peut être lui-même verrouillé par l'assemblage de moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6) de formes naturellement adaptées, qui font partie de boítiers de connecteurs à broche (1 ; 11) de même polarité ou de polarités différentes, sous l'effet du raccordement en série de ces boítiers.
  4. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) est constitué par une région partielle de configuration conforme, des moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6) qui se trouvent extérieurement sur le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45), en particulier sur des surfaces de parois (75, 76) qui se font mutuellement face.
  5. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6) disposés extérieurement est divisé en un moyen d'assemblage (8 ; 55, 56) venu de matière solidairement sur le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45) et au moins un moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) pouvant être inséré dans le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45), et au moyen duquel au moins un élément de contact (4) peut être verrouillé avec blocage dans le sens (G) inverse de l'embrochage.
  6. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) est constitué de préférence par un coulisseau de verrouillage encliquetable et qui est composé en particulier d'une partie de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15), de préférence quadrangulaire en forme de plaque, et d'au moins une languette de verrouillage (13, 16 ; 47 ; 48), de préférence en forme de bahde, venue de matière perpendiculairement sur l'élément de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15), l'élément de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15) étant appuyé extérieurement contre le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45) après l'insertion du coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46) dans l'ouverture réceptrice (10 ; 51, 52) correspondante.
  7. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de verrouillage (46) est constitué par un élément de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15) et de deux paires de languettes de verrouillage (47 ; 48) espacées l'une de l'autre, deux languettes de verrouillage appartenant à des paires de languettes différentes (47 ; 48) étant assemblées entre elles par une paroi d'assemblage de renforcement (62 ; 63).
  8. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures réceptrices (10 ; 51, 52) s'étendent perpendiculairement à la direction d'embrochage (E) des éléments de contact (4) à l'intérieur du boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 45) et sont en communication avec les chambres (3 ; 41 à 44) du boítier de manière à ce qu'au moins un gradin (22 ; 23) d'un épaulement (14) ou d'un rebord formé sur un élément de contact inséré (4) puisse être sollicité par le coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46).
  9. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures réceptrices (10 ; 51, 52) se trouvent de préférence à la hauteur des épaulements (14) des éléments de contact (4) insérés dans les chambres (3 ; 41, 42, 43, 44) du boítier qui sont formés par un décrochement ou un rétrécissement entre la région de raccordement et la région de base d'un élément de contact (4), de sorte que, dans la progression du mouvement de verrouillage, le coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46) peut se poser sur l'épaulement (14) de l'élément de contact (4) en établissant un contact de blocage.
  10. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur la partie de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15) sont disposées au moins deux languettes de verrouillage (13, 16 ; 47 ; 48), de préférence en forme de bande, orientées parallèlement et espacées l'une de l'autre, et qui, avec la partie de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15), décrivent sensiblement un profil en U, de sorte que deux gradins (22 ; 23) des épaulements (14) de l'élément de contact (4) sont prévus pour le verrouillage.
  11. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de verrouillage (9) est composé d'au moins deux profils en U parallèles et espacés l'un de l'autre possédant chacun une partie de tête de forme d'encliquetage (15) et deux languettes de verrouillage (13 ; 16), les différences de dimensionnement et l'espacement étant déterminés par la position des éléments de contact (4) dans le boítier d'embrochage (2 ; 36 ; 45), et les languettes de verrouillage (13, 16; 47 ; 48) des profils en U étant différentes par la longueur, la largeur et la profondeur.
  12. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6) disposés extérieurement comprennent des rainures de guidage (83, 84 ; 21, 24 ; 58, 59) espacées l'une de l'autre, parallèlement entre elles, dans lesquelles peuvent être emmanchées, en réalisant une liaison de retenue par sûreté de forme, des insertions de guidage (27, 28 ; 60, 61 ; 72, 73), de préférence coudées à angle droit, de l'autre moyen d'assemblage (6 ; 5) porté par l'autre boítier d'embrochage (36).
  13. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième moyen d'assemblage (6), qui est dirigé vers le coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46) du premier moyen d'assemblage (5) au moment de l'insertion parallèle du premier moyen d'assemblage (5) dans l'autre ou deuxième moyen d'assemblage (6), possède, entre ses rainures de guidage (21, 24 ; 57, 64), au moins une languette élastique (29 ; 67) munie d'au moins un mentonnet d'encliquetage (30 ; 68, 69) et le moyen d'encliquetage correspondant (5), en particulier le coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46), possède une saillie d'encliquetage (31) qui, lorsqu'on raccorde en série un autre boítier d'embrochage (36), peut être franchie vers le bas et enclenchée par le mentonnet d'encliquetage (30 ; 68, 69) de la languette élastique (29 ; 67), en l'accrochant par l'arrière de telle manière que le mentonnet d'encliquetage (30 ; 68, 69) et la saillie d'encliquetage (31) complètent le verrouillage du raccordement en série.
  14. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour démonter le raccordement en série entre les moyens d'assemblage (5, 6), les mentonnets d'encliquetage (30 ; 68, 69) portés par la languette élastique (29 ; 67) du deuxième moyen d'assemblage (6) sont dimensionnés de manière qu'après qu'on a surmonté la force élastique de la languette élastique (29 ; 67), ils puissent être dégagés de l'accrochage arrière de la saillie d'encliquetage (31) du coulisseau de verrouillage (9 ; 46) du premier moyen d'assemblage (5).
  15. Boítier de connecteur à broche selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) qui forme une région partielle des moyens d'assemblage (5 ; 6) peut être extrait avec l'élément d'assemblage correspondant lorsqu'on démonte l'assemblage en série entre les boítiers de connecteurs à broche, de sorte que le moyen de verrouillage (9 ; 46) peut être enlevé, de préférence sans outil et, de cette façon, au moins un élément de contact inséré (4) peut être déverrouillé.
