Abstract

Claims (17)

  1. Connecteur-filtre comportant un corps formant barrette à broches en matière plastique, qui comporte une chambre ouverte au moins d'un côté, un certain nombre de broches de connecteur parallèles, disposées suivant un réseau et qui, à partir du côté arrière de la chambre, pénètrent à travers un fond dans la chambre et sortent par le côté ouvert de la chambre, et au moins un élément de filtre, notamment un corps en ferrite, qui comporte des perçages, dans lesquels sont enfichées des broches du connecteur, et qui est retenu dans la chambre sans jeu dans la direction axiale des broches de connecteur , par au moins un élément élastique en matière plastique formé sur le corps formant barrette à broches, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivants :
    a) la chambre (3) est formée par des guides latéraux (15,16) pour l'élément de filtre, qui sont pourvus de biseaux d'entrée (11 à 14),
    b) l'élément élastique (18) est disposé sur une paroi latérale (6), qui s'étend transversalement au front (7) de la chambre, du corps formant barrette à broches (1), latéralement par rapport à l'élément de filtre (9), et comprend une branche (19), qui est élastique tansversalement à la direction d'enfichage (17) de l'élément de filtre (9) et qui est coudé sensiblement à angle droit en des sens opposés, à ses extrémités (20,21),
    c) l'une des extrémités coudées (20) de la branche (19) de l'élément élastique (18) est formée sur la paroi latérale (6) et l'extrémité coudée libre (21) de la branche (19) est réalisée avec un bec d'encliquetage (22), qui fait saillie dans la zone d'introduction de l'élément de filtre (9) et qui, lorsque l'élément de filtre (9) est inséré dans la chambre (3) et est enfiché sur les broches (8) du connecteur, s'encliquette sur cet élément de filtre et est disposé et agencé de telle sorte qu'il repousse l'élément de filtre encliqueté (9) contre le fond (7) de la chambre.
  2. Connecteur-filtre suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de filtre (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un corps en ferrite en forme de barrette monobloc de forme allongée.
  3. Connecteur-filtre suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de filtre (18) s'étend entre l'élément de filtre (9) et la paroi latérale (6) du corps formant barrette à broches (1), dans la direction longitudinale de l'élément de filtre.
  4. Connecteur-filtre suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les guides latéraux (15,16) pour l'élément de filtre (9) sont disposés sur deux extrémités mutuellement opposées de l'élément de filtre.
  5. Connecteur-filtre suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les guides latéraux (15,16) sont formés par respectivement deux pinces (15a,15b ou 16a,16b), qui sont à une distance latéralement l'une de l'autre qui correspond sensiblement à la largeur (B) de l'élément de filtre (9).
  6. Connecteur-filtre suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi latérale (6) du corps formant barrette à broches (1) s'étend perpendiculairement au fond (7) de la chambre et que la direction longitudinale de la branche (19) de l'élément élastique (18) est parallèle à la paroi latérale (10).

Connecteur-filtre suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément élastique (18) est formé sur la paroi latérale (6) sensiblement au milieu de la longueur de l'élément de filtre (2), et s'encliquette sur l'élément de filtre, dans la zone d'une extrémité de ce dernier.
  8. Connecteur-filtre suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu deux éléments de filtre (18), qui sont formés sur la paroi latérale (6) symétriquement par rapport au milieu de la longueur de l'élément de filtre (9) et qui s'encliquettent symétriquement sur l'élément de filtre.
