Description
Die asymmetrische Anordnung der Barriere und Reflektoren nach Anspruch 10 bewirkt, dass das Substrat beim Durchlaufen unter der Vorrichtung zuerst vorgehärtet und anschließend mit hoher UV-Intensität bestrahlt wird. Durch eine derartige Vorhärtung erreicht man eine Mattierung der UV-Lackschicht.

Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Härten einer UV-Beschichtung (13), insbesondere einer UV-Lackschicht oder von UV-Druckfarben, auf einem Substrat (12), insbesondere auf wärmeempfindlichen Materialien, mit mindestens einer über dem Substrat (12) angeordneten Lichtquelle (5), deren Licht der UV-Beschichtung (13) über ein Reflektorsystem (2,6,7,17,18) zum Zwecke der Aushärtung zuführbar ist, wobei mindestens eine Barriere den direkten Strahlengang der Lichtquelle auf das Substrat (12) zumindest teilweise ausblendet und von der Lichtquelle (5) emittierte UV-Strahlung von einer UV-Reflexionsschicht (2,2d,2f) der Barriere durch die Lichtquelle (5) hindurch auf die hinter der Lichtquelle angeordneten Reflektoren (6,7,17,18) reflektiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Barriere zumindest einen wärmeabsorbierenden Körper (1,24,25,26,28) aufweist, der von der Lichtquelle (5) emittierte Wärmestrahlung zumindest teilweise absorbiert.und die Barriere direkt unterhalb der Lichtquelle (5) angeordnet ist und eine Ausformung für die UV-Reflexionsschicht (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Härten einer UV-Beschichtung (13), insbesondere einer UV-Lackschicht oder von UV-Druckfarben auf einem Substrat (12), insbesondere auf wärmeempfindlichen Materialien, mit mindestens einer über dem Substrat angeordneten Lichtquelle (5), deren Licht der UV-Beschichtung (13) über ein Reflektorsystem (2,6,7,17,18) zum Zwecke der Aushärtung zuführbar ist, wobei mindestens eine Barriere den direkten Strahlengang der Lichtquelle (5) auf das Substrat (12) zumindest teilweise ausblendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassvon der Lichtquelle (5) emittierte UV-Strahlung von einer direkt auf der Lichtquelle aufgebrachten UV-Reflexionsschicht (2e) durch die Lichtquelle (5) hindurch auf die hinter der Lichtquelle angeordneten Reflektoren (6, 7, 17, 18) reflektiert wird unddie Barriere zumindest einen wärmeabsorbierenden Körper (27) aufweist, der von der Lichtquelle (5) emittierte Wärmestrahlung zumindest teilweise absorbiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Barriere Bohrungen (3,3b,4) vorgesehen sind, durch die Kühlmedien und/oder Gase geleitet werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die UV-Reflexionsschicht (2) Bestandteil eines Kaltlichtspiegels (2c) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wärmeabsorbierende Körper (26) der Barriere mit Kühlrippen ausgestattet ist, die die Wärme an einen Kühlluftstrom abgeben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflektoren (6, 7, 17, 18) hinter der Lichtquelle (5) die UV-Strahlung zumindest teilweise an der Barriere vorbei auf die Beschichtung (13) des Substrats (12) umlenken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hinter der Lichtquelle (5) angeordneten Reflektoren (6, 7, 17, 18) zumindest teilweise plattenförmig ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hinter der Lichtquelle (5) angeordneten Reflektoren (6, 7, 17, 18) zumindest teilweise zylindrisch mit teilkreisförmigem Querschnitt ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barriere und die Reflektoren (6,7,17,18) hinter der Lichtquelle (5) symmetrisch zu einer vertikalen Ebene aufgebaut sind, die die Längsachse der Lichtquelle (5) enthält und senkrecht auf der Oberfläche des Substrates (12) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barriere und die Reflektoren (6,7b) hinter der Lichtquelle (5) asymmetrisch zu einer vertikalen Ebene aufgebaut sind, die die Längsachse der Lichtquelle (5) enthält und senkrecht auf der Oberfläche des Substrates (12) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Barriere und der Lichtquelle (5) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Barriere ein Blendensystem mit höhenverstellbaren Blenden (29) aufweist, das eine Einstellung der Strahlung ermöglicht, die unreflektiert von der Lichtquelle (5) auf die UV-Beschichtung (13) des Substrats (12) trifft .
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie bis an die Barriere verschiebliche, oberhalb des Substrates (12) angeordnete Wärmeblenden (14, 14b) aufweist, die das Substrat (12) vor der Strahlung der Lichtquelle (5) vollständig abschirmen können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blenden (29) des Blendensystems und/oder die Wärmeblenden (14, 14b) asymmetrisch zu einer vertikalen Ebene verstellbar sind, die die Längsachse der Lichtquelle (5) enthält und senkrecht auf der Oberfläche des Substrates (12) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blenden (29) des Blendensystems und/oder die Wärmeblenden (14, 14b) von außen während des Betriebs der Vorrichtung verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blenden (29) des Blendensystems und/oder die Wärmeblenden (14, 14b) über einen elektrischen oder pneumatischen Antrieb verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 16 in Verbindung mit 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Lichtquelle (5) emittierte und die von der UV-Reflexionsschicht (2) der Barriere durch die Lichtquelle (5) hindurch reflektierte Strahlung zumindest teilweise von den Reflektoren (6, 7, 17, 18) auf der Beschichtung (13) des Substrat (12) fokussiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest teilweise Kontakt zwischen Barriere und Lichtquelle (5) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Spalt zwischen Barriere und Lichtquelle (5) mindestens ein Stützkörper (30, 31) vorgesehen ist, der ein Durchbiegen des heißen Lampenkörpers der Lichtquelle (5) verhindert.
