Abstract
Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en élévation de profil d'une découpeuse rotative;
- les figures 2 à 5 sont des vues en plan de quatre segments de matériau en bande à découper et/ou refouler sur lesquels sont illustrés différentes dispositions des éléments plats à découper;
- la figure 6 est une vue en élévation de face de la surface d'un cylindre de découpage pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé objet de l'invention.
Claims (6)
- Procédé de découpage/refoulage d'au moins une rangée d'éléments plats adjacents (3a-5n) dans un matériau en bande (1) dont au moins un bord de coupe (3'-5') ou ligne de refoulage, transversal audit matériau en bande (1) est droit et s'étend d'un bord à l'autre de ce matériau en bande (1), consistant à faire passer ce matériau en bande (1) entre deux cylindres de découpage/refoulage (R1, R2) d'une découpeuse rotative, caractérisé en ce que l'on crée le long dudit bord de coupe (3'-5'), respectivement de ladite ligne de refoulage, s'étendant d'un bord à l'autre dudit matériau en bande (1), au moins un décalage (k, α) dans la direction de défilement dudit matériau en bande (1), afin que ce bord de coupe (3'-5'), respectivement cette ligne de refoulage ne coïncide pas avec les génératrices desdits cylindres (R1, R2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux rangées côte à côte (3-5) desdits éléments plats (3a-5n) sont découpées dans la largeur dudit matériau en bande (1) et que l'on décale lesdits bords droits adjacents (3'-5'), respectivement lesdites lignes de refoulage, de deux desdits éléments côte à côte (3a, 4a, 5a) en les maintenant parallèlement l'un à l'autre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits bords droits adjacents (3'-5'), respectivement lesdites lignes de refoulage sont en ligne droite, formant un angle aigu (α) avec une perpendiculaire (P) à la direction de défilement (2) dudit matériau en bande (1) entre lesdits cylindres (R1, R2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits bords droits adjacents (3'-5') forme un angle aigu (α) avec une perpendiculaire (P1, P2) à la direction de défilement (2) dudit matériau en bande (1), les deux extrémités de ces bords droits (3'-5') respectifs étant situées sur deux droites respectives (P1, P2), perpendiculaires à la direction de défilement (2) dudit matériau en bande (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on crée des chutes (8) entre au moins une partie desdits bords de coupe (3'-5') adjacents de deux éléments plats adjacents (3a-5n) d'une même rangée (3-5).
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un cylindre de découpage et/ou de refoulage (R1), dont les filets de coupe et/ou de refoulage (F1, F2, F3) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale dudit cylindre de découpage (R1) présentent au moins un décalage (k, α) par rapport à la génératrice correspondante dudit cylindre de découpage (R1).
