Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden einer Vielzahl von Kleinteilen mit der Oberfläche eines Tragteiles, insbesondere zum Herstellen kammartiger Gebilde (1) mit einer Vielzahl von Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...), welche von einer Längsleiste (3) in Querrichtung (11) abstreben, wobeidie Zinken (2a, 2b; 2c, ....) einzeln hergestellt werden,die Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) mittels Kleben mit wenigstens einer entlang aller Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) verlaufenden Längsleiste (3) fest verbunden werden,die Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) auf beiden Seitenflächen (5a, 5b) mittels einer Längsleiste (3a, 3b) verklebt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) vor dem Verbinden mit der Längsleiste (3) in der gewünschten Relativlage zueinander mit - Hilfe von Positionierkörpern (6a, 6b) formschlüssig positioniert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Längsleiste (3) auf die Seitenflächen (5) der Zinken (2) aufgeklebt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber flächig auf der Kontaktseite (7) der Längsleiste (3) vor deren Kontaktierung der Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber in Form eines Kleberbandes (4) auf die Kontaktseite (7) der Längsleiste (3) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber im flüssigen Zustand und insbesondere flächig und in definierter Schichtdicke auf der Kontaktseite (7) der Längsleiste (3) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber ein Schmelzkleber ist, der bei Zimmertemperatur und/oder Normaldruck nicht klebt. - Verfahren nach Ansprüch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kleberband (4) beidseits mit einer Schutzfolie (8) bedeckt ist, die erst unmittelbar vor dem Aufbringen des Kleberbandes (4) auf eine Klebefläche entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verkleben der Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) zunächst mit der einen Längsleiste (3a), und erst anschließend mit der anderen Längsleiste (3b) vollzogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verkleben bei erhöhter Temperatur insbondere von mindestens 100°C, insbesondere mindestens 120°C, insbesondere mindestens 180°C, vollzogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verkleben bei erhöhtem Druck von mindestens 0,2 N/mm2, insbesondere mindestens 0,6 N/mm2, insbesondere mindestens 1,0 N/mm2, vollzogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kleberband (4) im Ausgangszustand eine Dicke (D) aufweist, welche größer ist als die halbe Dicke (9) der Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...), oder größer ist als die Dicke (9) der Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Dicke (D) des Kleberbandes zwischen 0,04 mm und 0,40 mm beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber Nitrilkautschuk/Phenolharz ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) und/oder die Längsleisten (3a, 3b, 3c) aus Metall, insbesondere aus Federstahl, bestehen. - Verfahren nach Anspruche 12 und einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Dicke (D) des Kleberbandes (4) im Ausgangszustand so gewählt wird, daß sich die den beiden Längsleisten (3a, 3b) zugeordneten Kleberbänder (4a, 4b) im Bereich zwischen den Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) direkt miteinander verkleben. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen den Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) im Bereich des Klebers Abstandshalter, deren Dicke der Dicke (9) der Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) entspricht, angeordnet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kleber auch bei einer erhöhten. Verarbeitungstemperatur und/oder einem erhöhten Verarbeitungsdruck nur eine geringe kapillare Kriechwirkung aufweist. - Kammartiges Gebilde mit einer Vielzahl von Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...), welche von einer Längsleiste (3) in Querrichtung(11) abragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die einzelnen Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) auf beiden Seitenflächen (5) mittels eines Klebers auf der Kontaktfläche zweier über alle Zinken (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) durchgehenden Längsleisten (3) verklebt sind.
