Definitions
- the invention relates to a switch for a conveyor, in particular Suspended conveyor system on the conveyed goods carrier provided with rollers Running profiles of tracks are movably guided, the switch has a switch tongue designed as a movable rail, which at one end with a connection end of a first track section via a joint arrangement between two points is pivotally connected, such that that of the hinge assembly removed switch tongue end optionally with a free end of a second track section or with a free end of a third Track section is connectable, wherein the hinge assembly a Running profile of the first track section at its connection end with the running profile of the switch tongue on the first track section Running profile bridge element connecting the adjacent end has the pivotable about a first pivot axis on the Connection end of the first track section and pivotable about a second one essentially parallel to the first pivot axis Pivot axis is mounted on the adjacent end of the switch tongue.
- DE 38 19 009 A1 is a switch for a overhead conveyor known in which the rails have an approximately roof-shaped profile with inclined running surfaces for the rollers of conveyed goods, which are movable along the running rails.
- the switch tongue is over one Swivel pin directly with the connection end of the first track section connected.
- the switch tongue can be optionally in three different course settings are pivoted to the first Track section with a second, a third or a fourth Track section for the forwarding of conveyed goods to connect.
- the switch tongue In a first switch position, the switch tongue is in the aligned substantially straight to the first track section.
- the switch tongue is relative to the other two switches pivoted to the first track section, so that at the transition point from the first track section to the switch tongue Kink and thus there is a discontinuity in the running route. The stronger this Kink is, the more restless the run of the conveyed goods is when they pass the transition point between the first track section and the Switch blade.
- a switch of the type mentioned is from the German utility model 19 16 359 known. With this known switch there is already a Track profile bridge element or intermediate piece between the first Track section and the switch tongue provided which pivotable about a first pivot axis at the connection end of the first track section and pivotable about one to the first Pivot axis essentially parallel to the second pivot axis adjacent end of the switch tongue is stored.
- the tread bridge element bridges a gap between the mutually adjacent running profile ends of the first track section and the switch tongue.
- the switch tongue becomes one to the first Track section pivoted angled position so that it with the first track section forms a kink angle, so can the tread bridge element in an angled position relative to the first track section, but also relative to the switch tongue brought, however, the angle that the tread bridge element with the first track section and with the switch tongue forms, are each smaller than the kink angle between the first Track section and the switch tongue.
- the Rollers of goods carriers in the transition area from the first Track section to the switch tongue two relatively gentle deflections experienced, namely when they from the treads of the first track section on the treads with a corresponding tread pattern provided run profile bridge element with their rolling motion and when they move from the treads of the tread bridge element to the Of the switch tongue.
- the conditions are if a conveyor is the transition point from the switch tongue coming from here.
- the tread bridge element or intermediate piece is slightly curved Separation points, each as continuous breaks or as Cross column of the track for the rollers of the conveyed goods in question impact.
- These cross-gap-like road interruptions cause an uneven running of the rollers of the conveyed goods carriers when they pass the Transition between the first track section and the switch tongue, so that the advantage achieved by the tread bridge element Defuse the kink between the first track section and Switch tongue in a relevant deflection position of the switch tongue is partially compensated.
- the invention is based, a generic switch of the task to improve the type mentioned at the beginning with simple means, that they ensure the smooth running of the goods carriers as they pass the transition less between the first track section and the switch tongue impaired.
- the invention proposes that in a transition area between the running profile of the first track section and the bridge element - viewed in plan view - each a roller guide surface (tread) of the first track section and a roller guide surface (tread) of the bridge member for the respective support of a roller of a conveyor run side by side in the conveying direction and / or that in a transition area between the bridge element and the tread of the Turnout tongue - viewed in plan view - each one roller guide surface of the bridge element and a roller guide surface Switch tongue for the respective support of a roller of a conveyor run side by side in the conveying direction.
- roller guide surfaces of the elements concerned first track section and bridge element or switch tongue and bridge element engage so that they are for the rollers of the conveyed goods at least when the switch tongue is in a straight position with parallel to each other and adjacent sections a common Form a path or track for a respective roller.
- Approaches Conveying goods carrier coming from the first track section Turnout tongue so the rollers of the conveyed goods come in Transition area between the first track section and bridge element already with the respective roller guide surface of the bridge element in contact while a laterally adjacent area of the Roller circumference still on the roller guide surface of the first Track section remains supported. So it becomes a roller conveyor continuously interrupting transverse gap, as it is referring to the German utility model GM 19 16 359 is explained above avoided.
- the casters one Conveyor goods carriers therefore do not have to be over their entire width Roll away the transverse gap. It is thus according to the present invention achieved that the advantage of the tread bridge element regarding Defuse the kink when the switch tongue is angled can be exploited and yet separation points of the roller conveyors are designed so that they do not run smoothly to the extent that the goods are carried impair, as is the case with generic switches according to the state the technology was the case.
- the bridge element When the switch tongue is in a straight position, the bridge element lies with it its opposite ends so on the first track section and on the switch tongue on that in the transition areas quasi-running roller guide surface sections smoothly merge.
- the switch according to the invention can be set up for this be, the first track section optionally with other track sections to connect, so that the switch additional switch positions can take.
- the tread bridge element in articulated parts is subdivided by the articulation angle between the switch tongue and the first track section with angled Position of the switch tongue relative to the first track section into several smaller transition angles of the tread bridge element "Divide".
- the principle of interlocking in the conveying direction Roller guide surfaces of adjacent parts can also be used for the bridge element parts be realized.
- the joint arrangement has a main joint over which the switch tongue with the first Track section on one of the tread bridge element vertically spaced, especially above the tread bridge element lying point pivotable about a to the first and second pivot axis is connected substantially parallel main pivot axis, the Main pivot axis in side view projection between the first and the second pivot axis, in particular essentially in the middle, runs.
- the main joint preferably has a pivot pin on which the Switch tongue directly relative to the first track section is pivotable. This pivot pin serves to guide the pivoting movement the switch tongue, the tread bridge element at Swiveling the switch tongue automatically into its kink angle between the first track section and the switch tongue "dividing" position reached.
- the switch is for integration set up in a overhead conveyor, in which the conveyed goods with their rollers hanging on the running profiles of the rails in question are supported.
- the switch has a carrier plate on the underside the track sections are fastened and the switch tongue is pivotable is held around the main pivot axis and at the top thereof Signal box for the switch tongue is arranged, the signal box one between two positions corresponding to the course Movable driver pin for the switch tongue, which through an opening of the carrier plate extends downwards and at his lower end is connected to the switch tongue, so that it at his Movements swivel the switch tongue around the main pivot axis can.
- the main joint preferably has a pivot pin for the Switch tongue on, in a above the tread bridge element lying retaining web section of the first track section and in one Opening of the support plate is mounted and one with the retaining web portion of the first track section overlapping retaining web section of the switch tongue.
- the carrier plate preferably has at least two mutually opposite side edges protruding upwards Side walls on which with the carrier plate a box-shaped housing for form the signal box. This box-shaped housing has an overall stabilizing effect for the switch and conceals the top elements of the interlocking arranged on the carrier plate, reflecting the design the soft one benefits.
- the signal box has an intermediate two positions corresponding to the switch positions can be pivoted on the top of the carrier plate mounted circuit board on which the Driver pin for the switch tongue is attached.
- the swivel drive can be, for example, a pneumatic one Act piston-cylinder unit.
- the side walls protruding upwards from the carrier plate are preferably with fasteners for fastening the switch provided within the conveyor.
- the preferred exemplary embodiment shown is a switch unit 1 for a overhead conveyor with hanging arranged tracks, in which provided with pairs of rollers Goods carriers (V-trolleys) hanging on the running surfaces of the running rails supported and movable along the running rails.
- V-trolleys rollers Goods carriers
- the switch unit 1 shown in the figures has three on one Carrier plate 3 fastened by means of fastening screws 5
- the track sections 7, 9, 11 have each have a vertical, upper holding web 19, 21, 23, in which the Fastening screws penetrating the carrier plate from above 5 are screwed in, and a respective running profile 25, 27, 29 at the bottom End of the relevant landing stage 19, 21, 23.
- the running profiles each have two symmetrically arranged to the vertical middle longitudinal plane Roller guide surfaces 31 or tread surfaces 31 for the pairs of rollers the goods carrier on.
- the treads 31 are inclined to the vertical Longitudinal center plane of the relevant track section 7, 9 or 11, so that their lower edges are more apart than their top edges.
- the running track sections 7, 9, 11 the running rails of the overhead conveyor to be connected to it.
- the switch 1 serves the first track section 7 optionally with the second track section 9 or the third track section 11 for the forwarding of conveyors.
