Claims (10)
- Verpackungsmaschine mit einem Rahmen 1 mit einer Eingangs- (2) und einer Ausgangsseite (3),
einer Mehrzahl auf einer Bahn von der Eingangsseite zur Ausgangsseite nacheinander angeordneten Schalenträgern (4) zum Aufnehmen von Schalen (16) und einem Antrieb (9, 13) zum Vorwärtsbewegen der Schalenträger (4) in einer Vorschubebene, einer Zuführeinrichtung zum Zuführen einer Oberfolie (17) zum Abdecken der gefüllten Schalen (16), und einer Siegelstation (28), wobei jeweils aufeinanderfolgende Schalenträger (4) mittels beweglicher Verbindungsglieder (6) gelenkig verbunden sind und jeder Schalenträger (4) kopfseitig und rückseitig jeweils ein Eingriffselement (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antrieb (9, 13) ein um Umlenkrollen (10, 12) geführtes erstes Kettentrum (9), in welches die Eingriffselemente (8) in ihrer dem ersten Kettentrum (9) benachbarten Position eingreifen, aufweist, und daß
die Zuführeinrichtung ein die Oberfolie (17) seitlich erfassendes auf Umlenkrollen (22, 23) geführtes zweites Kettentrum (21) aufweist, welche über einen vorbestimmten Weg in einer zum ersten Kettentrum (9) parallelen Ebene parallel zu dem ersten Kettentrum (9) und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand von diesem geführt ist und die Eingriffselemente (8) wenigstens über einen Abschnitt des vorbestimmten Weges mit dem ersten bzw. zweiten Kettentrum (9, 21) in Eingriff sind. - Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Kettentrum (9) über einen Abschnitt parallel zu der Vorschubebene geführt ist, der wenigstens gleich dem Abstand zweier aufeinanderfolgender Eingriffselemente (8) ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Kettentrum (21) um eine ausgangsseitig angeordnete (23) Umlenkrolle geführt ist und die Oberfolie (17) über die gefüllten Schalen (16) und durch eine Verschließstation (28) führt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgangsseitig von der Verschließstation eine Schneidestation vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgangsseitig eine Wickelrolle (29) zum Aufnehmen von Oberfolienbahnabfall vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Kettentrum (21) auf einer den Eingriffselementen (8) zugewandten Gleitbahn (23, 24) geführt ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Abschnitt vor dem Inkontaktkommen vom zweiten Kettentrum (21) und Eingriffselemente (8) eine Heizeinrichtung (31) zum Erwärmen der Oberfolie (17) auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (31) als großflächige Kontaktheizung ausgebildet ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der den Eingriffselementen (8) abgewandten Seite des ersten Kettentrums (9) in dem Bereich des Abschnittes ein Gleitwiderlager (11) zum Führen der Kette (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschließstation (28) als Verschluß- und Schneidestation ausgebildet ist.
