Claims (10)

  1. Machine d'emballage pourvue d'un cadre (1) possédant un côté d'entrée (2) et un côté de sortie (3), une pluralité de supports de barquettes (4) destinés à recevoir des barquettes (16) et disposés les uns derrière les autres sur une trajectoire du côté d'entrée au coté de sortie, un entraínement (9, 13) pour faire avancer les supports de barquettes (4) dans un plan d'avancement, un dispositif d'alimentation pour l'alimentation en feuille de couverture (17) pour la couverture des barquettes (16) remplies et un poste de soudage (28), les supports de barquettes (4) successifs étant reliés de façon articulée au moyen d'éléments de liaison mobiles (6) et chaque support de barquette (4) présentant à l'avant et à l'arrière un élément de prise (8), caractérisée en ce que l'entraínement (9, 13) comprend un brin de chaíne (9) guidé sur des rouleaux de renvoi (10, 12), dans lequel les éléments de prise (8) se mettent en prise dans leur position voisine du premier brin de chaíne (9), et en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation présente un deuxième brin de chaíne (21) saisissant latéralement la feuille de couverture (17) et guidé sur des rouleaux de renvoi (22, 23), qui est guidé sur un trajet prédéterminé dans un plan parallèle au premier brin de chaíne (9) et à une distance prédéterminée de celui-ci, et les éléments de prise (8) sont en prise avec le premier ou le deuxième brin de chaíne (9, 21) sur une partie au moins du trajet prédéterminé.
  2. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier brin de chaíne (9) est guidé parallèlement au plan d'avancement sur une distance au moins égale à la distance entre deux éléments de prise (8) successifs.
  3. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième brin de chaíne (21) est guidé autour d'un rouleau de renvoi disposé du côté de la sortie (23) et guide la feuille de couverture (17) par-dessus les barquettes (16) remplies et à travers un poste de fermeture (28).
  4. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un poste de coupe est prévu du côté de la sortie du poste de fermeture.
  5. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau d'enroulement (29) est prévu du côté de la sortie pour reprendre les déchets du lé de feuille de couverture.
  6. Machine d'emballage selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième brin de chaíne (21) est guidé sur une glissière (23, 24) orientée vers les éléments de prise (8).
  7. Machine d'emballage selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu dans une section précédant l'entrée en contact du deuxième brin de chaíne (21) et des éléments de prise (8) un dispositif chauffant (31) destiné à chauffer la feuille de couverture (17) à une température prédéterminée.
  8. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif chauffant (31) est conçu comme un chauffage par contact de grande surface.
  9. Machine d'emballage selon l'une ou l'ensemble des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un contre-appui de glissement (11) est prévu au niveau de la section du côté du premier brin de chaíne (9) orienté à l'opposé des éléments de prise (8) pour le guidage de la chaíne (9).
  10. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le poste de fermeture (28) est conçu comme un poste de fermeture et de coupe.
