Claims (8)
- Anlage zur kontinuierlichen Behandlung von Stahlbändern, insbesondere zum Beizen, mit einem Behandlungsbehälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Enden des Behandlungsbehälters (1) Abquetschwalzen (14, 14') vorgesehen sind, die in einem vom Behandlungsbehälter (1) getrennten Behälter (13) angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behandlungsbehälter (1) und der Behälter (13) der Abquetschwalzen (14, 14') mit einem Verbindungsschacht (15, 17) verbunden sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einem Ende des Behandlungsbehälters (1) ein Ablauf (8, 9) vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behandlungsbehälter (1) aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polypropylen (PP) besteht.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behandlungsbehälter (1) in einer Tasse (4) aus Kunststoff angeordnet und vorzugsweise in der Mitte mit dieser fest verbunden ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsschacht (17) bis an die Abquetschwalzen (14,14') heranreicht.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsschacht (17) an den Abquetschwalzen (14, 14') abgedichtet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einem Ende des Behandlungsbehälters (1) ein Überlauf (21) vorgesehen ist.
