Definitions
- the invention relates to a swing door for a passage, with a door wing, the outline of which is two horizontally arranged sections has, optionally for carrying a flat, between the Sections arranged part are determined.
- a first solution is to install sensors on the swing door that stop the movement of the door wing when a person or a child is in the swing area of the door wing. This solution is complex and expensive.
- the door panels are optionally equipped with a flat part which is arranged between the sections.
- the flat part is usually provided with symbols on both sides, which conveys the passage direction on one side and the passage-blocked direction on the other side.
- the flat part does not cover the entire door leaf, so that openings or openings arise between the sections and the flat part on the one hand and between the flat part and the curved section on the other. It is known that children like to do gymnastics around the swing doors. The openings just mentioned form danger spots because the children try to put their arms, legs or head through these openings.
- the flat parts in the area of the at least one curved section must also have a curved contour that is not as easy to produce as a straight cut or a straight side.
- the end piece will be designed so that it has no openings, through the arms, legs or a head.
- a first essential advantage of the invention is that the an impact most dangerous area of the door wing, the free end of the Door wing namely, by a separate, preferably made of plastic End piece is designed, which is made of shock-absorbing material and / or equipped with large and strongly rounded impact surfaces to avoid injuries to people or children. Due to the pipe section used so far, this was only inadequate Dimensions possible. Furthermore, the end piece can be bright, eye-catching and can be designed from the tube piece strongly contrasting color, so that the moving door leaf is easier to see. People and children can react faster in the event of danger.
- a second key advantage is that the flat part through a linear cut from a raw material or semi-finished product can be separated. This is done by cutting or sawing and there the flat part e.g. to a vertically arranged part of the swing door adjoining cylindrical swivel tube, the one adjacent there also runs Cut side also straight. Usually this runs parallel to the cut side, which connects to the end piece, so that as a flat part A rectangular part is created that is simple and therefore inexpensive Way is producible. The closing of possible dangerous openings is therefore simple by the flat part and by the end piece Way.
- a third advantage can be seen in the fact that the sections as straight and pipe sections cut with a miter cannot be produced. same for also for possible mounting rails with a U-shaped cross-section, in which the flat part can be inserted. These mounting rails can not just cut off piece by piece. You can also like the two sections, in the simplest way in different lengths Saw off so that door leaves of different lengths can be easily manufactured. If necessary, different end pieces can also be provided are so that swing doors with different looks can be produced are.
- the swing door 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a fixed one in the example columnar frame 2, on which a door leaf 3 delimits is pivotally mounted.
- the door leaf 3 is mounted on the frame 2
- Swivel tube 4 equipped, on which two usually made of tubes existing, horizontally arranged sections 5 are releasably attached and which form part of the border of the door leaf 3.
- opposing mounting rails 7 are optionally provided, in which likewise a flat part 8, each with a long side 9 is insertable with a first vertical side 10 on the swivel tube 4th adjacent and with a further vertical side 10 at an end piece 11 ends, which by means of second pin 12 in the free ends 6 of the tubular Section 5 is inserted.
- the end piece thus closes to the sections 5 11 on.
- the side 13 of the section 5 usually facing Plastic end piece 11 is at a right angle to the horizontally or horizontally extending sections 5 arranged. Because both the swivel tube 4 is arranged vertically and to the sections 5 directed side 13 takes a vertical course, the Sections 5, the mounting rails 7 and the flat part 8 in one right angles to their horizontal longitudinal extent are cut off. Mitres, arches, cutouts and the like are thus avoided, which not only proves to be inexpensive to manufacture, but also in a simple way the formation of disruptive breakthroughs or avoid openings on the door leaf 3 helps. Usually as a closed one or at most only with small openings designed end piece 11 is inserted with a pin 12 in a section 5, respectively the fastening formed is releasable.
- Fig. 2 shows a sectional view of a tubular section 5, a fixed to section 5 receiving rail 7 with a U-shaped cross section and a section of a flat part 8, which is in the mounting rail 7 is performed.
- Fig. 3 also shows a section 5, in which the receiving rail 7 is molded. This will make an additional fastening the receiving rail 7 avoided at a section 5. Section 5 and the receiving rail 7 are thus designed as one part.

Abstract
