Claims (8)
- Falz-Hebelgetriebe (1) für den unterschlagenden Flügel zweiflügeliger Fenster oder Türen ohne Rahmen-Zwischenpfosten,bei welchem zwei gegenläufig verstellbare Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3) für je eine Treibstange (32) in je einem Langloch (4 und 5) einer Anschlagplatte (6) schiebbar geführt sind,bei welchem ein einarmiger Betätigungshebel (7), dessen Lagerachse (2) sich quer zur Anschlagplatte (6) erstreckt, einen Kupplungszapfen (2) trägt,und bei welchem an dem anderen Kupplungszapfen (3) ein Lenker (8) angreift, der mit Abstand von der Lagerachse (2) des Betätigungshebels (7) an diesem angelenkt (9) ist,einen vor einen C-förmig oder schwalbenschwanzartig hinterschnitten profilierten und einen Öffnungsspalt (19a) aufweisenden Längskanal (18a) von Metall- und/oder Kunststoff-Hohlprofilen (16) setzbaren, sowie darin lagenfixierbaren (23, 24) Adapterkörper (15), und dadurch,daß in diesen Adapterkörper (15) die Anschlagplatte (6) einsetzbar sowie darin zumindest über ihre beiden Enden - durch Verriegeln (27, 23) - festlegbar ist, wobei der Adapterkörper (15) mit dem Öffnungsspalt (19a) des Längskanals (18a) der Hohlprofile (16) zugewendeten Durchlässen (21) für die beiden Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3) versehen ist.
- Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Adapterkörper (15) im wesentlichen rahmenartig (22) gestaltet ist und an seiner Unterseite Verankerungselemente (23 und 24) aufweist, die durch den Öffnungsspalt (19a) in die Hinterschneidungsbereiche des Längskanals (18a) am Hohlprofil (16) einrückbar sind, während er oberseitig Riegelansätze (27) trägt, hinter die an der Anschlagplatte (6) ausgebildete Gegenriegelelemente (28) hakenartig einrückbar sind. - Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den beiden Enden der Anschlagplatte (6) zugeordneten Riegelansätze (27) des Adapterkörpers (15) jeweils von einer an dessen Querkanten vorgesehenen Verzahnung, insbesondere Rechteckverzahnung, gebildet sind,
daß die Gegenriegelelemente (28) der Anschlagplatte (6) Endausklinkungen (Gegenriegelelemente 28) sind, die einen zur Verzahnung komplementaren Randverlauf bilden,
daß die Querkanten-Verzahnung (Riegelansätze 27) des Adapterkörpers (15) um die Dicke der Adapterplatte (6) oberhalb von dessen Stütz- bzw. Auflagefläche (26) für die Anschlagplatte (6) gelegen ist,
und daß die Anordnung der Querkanten-Verzahnung (Riegelansätze 27) am Adapterkörper (15) unsymmetrisch bzw. einseitig zu dessen Haupt-Längsebene versetzt vorgesehen ist,
während die Endausklinkungen (Gegenriegelelemente 28) der Anschlagplatte (6) eine bezüglich deren Längsmittelebene (14-14) symmetrische Gestaltung haben. - Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagplatte (6) zwischen den beiden Führungs-Langlöchern (4 und 5) für die Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3) als zusätzliches Gegenriegelelement einen nach rückwärts durchgebogenen Bügel (29) aufweist, während sich am Adapterkörper (15) als zugehöriger Riegelansatz eine von einem Längsrand in Richtung zur Längsmitte hin ragende Zunge (30) befindet, unter die der Bügel (29) seitwärts einruckbar ist. - Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlasse (21) im Adapterkörper (15) je eine einseitig gegen den Verlauf der Langlöcher (4 und 5) in der Anschlagplatte (6) geneigte Randbegrenzung (31) haben, und daß diese Randbegrenzung (31) den Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3) für die Treibstangen (32) als Steuerkante für ein zwangsweises Verriegeln der Anschlagplatte (6) am Adapterkörper (15) zugeordnet ist. - Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsstellung für die Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3; Fig. 5 und 6) der Treibstangen (32) an der Anschlagplatte (6) den geneigten Randbegrenzungen (31) der Durchlässe (21) im Adapterkörper (15) auch für das Einrücken der Verriegelung der Anschlagplatte (6) am Adapterkörper (15) zugeordnet ist. - Falz-Hebelgetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungszapfen (2 und 3) für die Treibstange (32) über die Rückseite des Adapterkörpers (15) bis in den Treibstangen-Führunaskanal (18b) des Hohlprofils (16) sowie in ein Kupplungsloch einer darin geführten Treibstange (32) hineinragen.
