Claims (13)
- Haarformgerät mit einem Griffteil (13), einem Heizteil zum Erwärmen der Haare und einem Halteteil (1), das in einen geöffneten und einen geschlossenen Zustand überführbar ist, wobei die Haare zwischen das Heizteil (12) und das Halteteil (1) einlegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Druckteil (2) zum Erzeugen einer Andruckkraft auf die Haare vorgesehen ist, das zwischen dem Heizteil (12) und dem Halteteil (1) angeordnet ist und daß das Druckteil (2) federelastisch an dem Haarformgerät gehalten ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckteil (2) an dem Halteteil (1) gehalten ist, wobei die Haare zwischen das Heizteil (12) und das Druckteil (2) einlegbar sind. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckteil (2) an dem Heizteil (12) gehalten ist, wobei die Haare zwischen das Halteteil (1) und das Druckteil (2) einlegbar sind. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem das Heizteil (12) eine Achse aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsmittel (9) zur radialen Führung des Druckteils (2) vorgesehen sind. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckteil (2) mit zwei, insbesondere an einander entgegengesetzten Enden des Druckteils (2) angeordneten Federn (7, 8) gehalten ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4 und Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (7, 8) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie eine Federkraft in radialer Richtung erzeugen. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (5) vorgesehen ist, an dem das Halteteil (1) und/oder ein am Halteteil (1) ausgebildeter Betätigungshebel (4) im geschlossenen Zustand anliegen. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckteil (2) bei einem Anliegen des Halteteils (1) bzw. Betätigungshebels (4) an dem Anschlag (5) zwischen einer an dem Heizteil (12) bzw. an dem Halteteil (1) anliegenden Stellung und einer einen Spalt (Z) bildenden Stellung verschiebbar ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Begrenzung (10) für den maximalen Spalt (Z) vorgesehen ist. - Haarformgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (1) insbesondere federbelastet an den Anschlag (5) angedrückt wird. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckkraft des Halteteils (1) an dem Anschlag (5) größer ist als die Andruckkraft des Druckteils (2) auf die Haare. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckteil (2) lösbar gehalten ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (1) weitere Funktionsmerkmale, wie Führen, Formen, Kühlen, Glätten oder dgl. aufweist.
