Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transport pallet for transporting a number of articles, wherein the articles also comprise a transport box for at least one further article, as well as an arrangement of the transport pallet and the transport box.
  • Such a transport pallet has on its underside a footprint and on its upper side a support surface for supporting and carrying the objects to be transported.
  • Support surface and base are spaced from each other and arranged substantially parallel to each other. Between base and support surface one or more recesses are provided, which are bounded above by a Hubstoffangriffs phenomenon.
  • a lifting tool of a lifting means such as a forklift, intervene and lift the transport pallet, including the objects supported thereon and implement.
  • An example of such a transport pallet is the widespread so-called Euro pallet, whose support surface has the external dimensions of 1200 mm x 800 mm.
  • the support surface is formed either as a continuous and contiguous support surface extending in a Stütz vomebene, or it has, for example, for reasons of material savings, recesses and interruptions, in the area the transport pallet does not support the objects to be transported. However, apart from these recesses, the remaining support surface portions are also all substantially disposed in a common support surface plane to support the articles disposed on the transport pallet.
  • An example of this in turn is the euro pallet, the upper side of which is formed by a plurality of spaced-apart parallel wooden boards. The tops of these boards form the individual support surface areas and are arranged in the common support surface plane. In the area between adjacent boards, the distance of which is on the order of 10 cm, this transport pallet provides no support surface. Thus, this transport pallet can safely carry only those objects whose horizontal dimensions exceed the distance between adjacent boards and which have sufficient rigidity. Too small items or those whose stiffness is too low, come to the support surface areas not to a secure surface edition.
  • the transported objects are protected against slipping relative to the transport pallet merely due to a frictional force between the articles and the support surface.
  • the Euro pallet made of comparatively rough wood accordingly has acceptable coefficients of friction for some applications. If, in particular, lighter objects are to be transported with this transport pallet, they are usually held by means of a net or rubber bands which are lashed around the pallet.
  • transport pallets which provide a Hubschangriffs Design at the same time and can serve as the bottom or lid of a container by a box wall can be arranged on them.
  • Such transport pallets are described, for example, in US Pat. No. 4,550,830.
  • This object is achieved according to claim 1 by a transport pallet and according to Anspmch 12 by a transport arrangement of such a transport pallet and a transport box.
  • the invention is based on a transport pallet with a bottom side, which provides at least one arranged in a horizontal floor level plane floor area, a top that provides at least a first support surface area for supporting the objects to be transported, wherein the first support surface area in a substantially horizontal and with a first distance from the standing surface arranged first support surface plane is arranged, and at least one arranged between the floor level and the first support surface plane Hubstoffangriffssion Scheme.
  • the invention is based on the idea of subdividing the entire support surface area provided by the transport pallet into two types of support surface areas, which are arranged at different distances from the floor space area.
  • the transport pallet is adaptable to specific embodiments of the objects to be transported, wherein a first type of objects is to be supported on the one type of support surface area and another type of objects to be supported on the other type of support surface area.
  • the invention is characterized in that the top of the transport pallet provides at least a second support surface area for supporting the articles to be transported.
  • the second support surface region is arranged in a substantially horizontal second support surface plane, which has a second distance from the support surface which is smaller than the first distance between the support surface and the first support surface plane.
  • the two types of support surface areas are arranged non-overlapping next to each other, wherein the individual types of support surface areas must not form contiguous surfaces, and also alternately interlock and enclose each other. Due to the variety of possibilities of the geometric arrangement of the two support surface areas to each other, the transport pallet to the transport of specific items is adaptable and thus expanded in their application.
  • the first and the second type are arranged substantially in a common plane, because this leaves the flat character of the top of the transport pallet, so that not only the special items to which the design can be transported, but also other objects of any shape, which are then supported by the first type support surface area and / or the second type support surface area.
  • the term supporting surface area here refers to a bounded area on the upper side of the transport pallet, the surface elements of which lie in a common plane and to support the objects to be transported.
  • a support surface area it is possible for such a support surface area to have openings and recesses which serve, for example, to save material or to ventilate the objects to be transported.
  • recesses are dimensioned so small that the objects to be transported can not engage in these or fall into them, but are supported by the recess enclosing parts of the support surface area.
  • a support of the objects to be transported is therefore not intended.
  • this is different in a case in which a lower lying second support surface area is enclosed by a first support surface area.
  • the second support surface area to a certain extent forms a recess in the first support surface area, the second support surface area is provided to support articles for their transport.
  • the distance between the first support surface plane and the second support surface plane is 2 to 7 mm, more preferably 3 to 5 mm, and even more preferably about 4 mm.
  • the difference in the levels of the individual types of support surface areas is so small that flexible articles, such as e.g. Cardboards extending from the higher first support surface area to the lower second support surface area are also supported flatly by the second support surface area because the flexible articles deform so as to be able to balance the difference in level between the two types of support surface areas.
  • first support surface area and the second support surface area adjoining the second support surface area may extend over an arbitrary area when viewed horizontally, this transition is preferably limited to a shorter distance, so that a noticeable limited flank is formed there.
  • This flank can extend perpendicular to the horizontal or at a different angle to the horizontal.
  • the course of these flanks on the top of the transport pallet is determined by the arrangement of the first and second support surface areas relative to each other. Preferably, these support surface areas are arranged such that at least a few of facing each other or pointing away from each other upper flanks is formed.
  • flanks of this pair preferably each extend at an angle of about 45 ° to the horizontal and thus at an angle of about 90 ° relative to each other.
  • the various support surface areas are arranged such that one type of support surface area substantially completely surrounds the other, and the latter thus forms a kind of island in the former.
  • the second support surface area located at a lower level than the first support surface area extends substantially completely around it at a third distance from an outer edge of the transport pallet.
  • the transport pallet is adapted to the transport of, for example, boxes with stacking edge.
  • Such a box has an upper edge of the box, on which another box can be stacked, which engages with its at the bottom projecting, substantially circumferential stacking edge in the upper edge of the box below box.
  • the stacking edge accordingly has a width corresponding to the width of the box edge from the outer edge of the box. This distance then substantially corresponds to the third distance, below which the second support surface area is arranged from the outer edge of the transport pallet.
  • the transport pallet is configured such that a further transport pallet arranged on the transport pallet is secured against slipping.
  • the invention is additionally characterized in that projecting webs are arranged on its upper side, which extend beyond the first support surface region up to a fourth distance from the surface plane. Vertically below the bridge is then a corresponding Recess provided on the underside of the transport pallet, so that stacked transport pallets are secured by engagement of webs in arranged above corresponding recess against slipping relative to each other.
  • the level difference between the first support surface area and the upper edge of the land is preferably 2 to 7 mm, more preferably 3 to 5 mm, and still more preferably about 4 mm. In this way, this level difference can be dimensioned so large that a secure engagement of webs in corresponding recesses against slippage is enabled and on the other hand flexible objects, such as cardboard, not damaged by this level difference, about kinked, but adapt to it and be supported flat ,
  • the invention is based on the idea to form the transport pallet according to the invention for cooperation with a special type of transport box.
