Claims (9)
- Abdichtungsmatte (10) zum luftdurchlässigen Abdichten von länglichen Spalten, die im Bereich von Dachfirsten oder Dachgraten zwischen First- bzw. Gratsteinen (15) und angrenzenden Dackeindeckungsplatten (12) verlaufen, bestehend aus einem elastischen, wasserabweisenden und luftdurchlässigem Rollenband (1) mit, vorzugsweise plissierten nach Art eines Ziehbalges gefalteten, Randbereichen (2), auf deren Oberseiten Metallstreifen (2a) und auf deren Unterseiten Abziehklebebänder (6) vorgesehen sind zum Anformen und Ankleben der Randbereiche (2) an die angrenzenden Dacheindeckungsplatten (12), wobei als Grundmaterial für das Rollenband (1) eine Kautschukfolie oder ein mit Kautschuk getränktes oder beschichtetes Gewebe vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randbereiche (2) des Rollenbandes (1) mit Perforationslöchern (1a) versehen sind, welche von hindurchgepreßtem Material der Abziehklebebänder (6) vollständig unter Ausbildung von Materialpfropfen (6b) ausgefüllt sind, wobei die Oberfläche jedes Pfropfen (6b) mit der Unterseite eines darüberliegenden Metallstreifens (2a) verklebt ist.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Material für die Klebebänder (6) Butyl oder Bitumen vorgesehen ist.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kautschukmaterial ein Äthylen-Propylen-Teer-Kautschuk (APTK) vorgesehen ist.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallstreifen (2a, 3a) aus Aluminiumfolien bestehen, welche auf das Rollenbandmaterial (1) aufgeklebt sind.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Perforationslöcher (1a) im Bereich zwischen 1 mm und 5 mm liegt.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenseitige Abstand der Perforationslöcher (1a) im Bereich zwischen 1 cm und 2,5 cm liegt.
- Abdichtungsmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Perforationslöcher (1a) vom Außenrand des Rollenbandes (1) so gewählt ist, daß die Perforationslöcher (1a) mittig unter die Längsachse des darüberliegenden Metallstreifens (2a) positioniert sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Abdichtungsmatte nach Anspruch 1, bei demauf die Oberseite eines Rollenbandes aus glattem kalandriertem Kautschukband oder aus glattem, mit Kautschuk getränktem oder beschichtetem Gewebeband längsmittig sowie längs der beiden Randbereiche Metallstreifen aufgeklebt werden, undauf die Unterseite des Kautschukfolienbandes oder Gewebebandes längs der beiden Randbereiche Klebestreifen aufgewalzt werden, die außenseitig mit einer abziehbaren Schutzfolie abgedeckt sind,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallstreifen mittels Thermokaschierung auf das Rollenband aufgeklebt werden.
