Claims (12)
- Dichtungsband für eine First- oder Gratabdeckung mit an die Oberseite von im First- oder Gratbereich eines Daches verlegten Dachziegeln (14) anpassbaren Längsseitenbereichen unter Ausbildung von Bandabschnitten mit Belüftungsdurchbrechungen (115) und von Bandabschnitten mit quer zur Mittellängsachse (101) des Dichtungsbandes (100) verlaufenden Profilierungen bzw. Plissierungen (50),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (100) aus einem Formkörper, wie Platte, Blech oder Folie besteht, wobei der ebenflächige Formkörper (180) aus einem metallischen Material (181), wie Kupfer, Zink, Aluminium, Blei auch im Verbund miteinander oder im Verbund mit einer Kunststofffolie oder aus einem Verbundmaterial (250) aus einem zu Folien oder dünnen Platten strang- oder walzgepressten Bleigrundmaterial (190) besteht und wobei das Dichtungsband (100) aufweist:a.) einen mittleren Bandabschnitt (112) mit einer Plissierung (50) oder Kreuzplissierung (150),b.) zu beiden Seiten des mittleren Bandabschnittes (112) je einen Bandabschnitt (30; 130) mit einer Vielzahl von Längseinschnitten (40) zur Ausbildung einer streckmetallartigen Struktur (140), die durch eine Anzahl von parallel zueinander verlaufenden Längsreihen (L, L1, L2, L3, L4) erhalten wird, von denen jede Längsreihe eine Anzahl von über Stege (41) miteinander verbundenen Längseinschnitten (40) aufweist, wobei die Längseinschnitte (40) der einzelnen Längsreihen (L, L1, L2, L3, L4) so zueinander versetzt sind, dass die Längseinschnitte (40) der einen Längsreihe gegenüber den Stegen (41) zwischen je zwei Längseinschnitten (40) der jeweils benachbarten Längsreihe zu liegen kommen,c.) im Anschluss an die Bandabschnitte (30; 130) mit der Streckmetall-Struktur Bandabschnitte (12a, 112a) mit Belüftungsdurchbrechungen (115) undd.) im Anschluss an die Bandabschnitte (12a, 112a) mit den Belüftungsdurchbrechungen (115) Bandabschnitte (110, 111) mit Kreuzplissierungen (150), wobei die Kreuzplissierungen (150) mit einer auf beiden Seiten des Dichtungsbandes (100) bzw. des Verbundmaterials (250) ausgebildeten durchgehenden Strukturierung (160, 160') derart verstehen sind, dass der Formkörper (180) in allen Raumkoordinaten verformbar und abbiegbar ist, - Dichtungsband nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (100) auf seiner Oberfläche Farbbeschichtungen aufweist. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband ausa.) Aluminium oderb.) einem Metall, wie Kupfer, Blei, oderc.) einem zinnplattierten Bleiblech oderd.) einem Verbundmetallmaterial, wie Aluminium/Blei-Verbund, bei dem das Aluminiumblech die streckmetallartige Struktur (140) aufweist - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (100) im Bereich seiner Auflagefläche klebemittelfrei oder vollflächig oder nur im Bereich der Seitenbereiche des Dichtungsbandes (100) mit einer Klebemittelbeschichtung oder mit Klebemittelstreifen (20) versehen ist, wobei die Klebemittelschicht mit einer vor Gebrauch abziehbaren Schutzfolie abgedeckt ist. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zur Längsachse des Dichtungsbandes (100) und vorzugsweise durch seinen Belüftungsbereich verlaufend ein Markierungsmittel, vorzugsweise in Form einer Sicke und/oder eines Farbstreifens, angeordnet ist. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchlüftungsdurchbrechungen (115) der Bandabschnitte (12a, 112a) des Dichtungsbandes (100) kreisförmig, oval oder schlitzförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Belüftungsdurchbrechungen (115) bevorzugterweise mit einem Insektengitter oder einem tüllartigen Gewebe abgedeckt sind. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis t,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (100) aus einem Formkörper (180), aus einem Verbundmaterial (250) aus einem zu Folien oder dünnen Platten strang- oder walzgepressten Bleigrundmaterial (190) besteht. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungsband (100) einseitig eine auf die Formkörperfläche oder deren Teile aufgebrachte Beschichtung (120) aus einer Klebemasse, bevorzugterweise aus einer auf Bitumen basierenden kaltklebenden Masse, aufweist, wobei die Beschichtung (120) außenseitig mit einem abziehbaren Schutzblatt (230) versehen ist, dass auf der beschichtungsfreien Seite des Formkörpers (180) bevorzugterweise eine Farblackschicht aufgebracht ist, und dass der Formkörper (180) bzw. das Verbundmaterial (250) auf seinen beiden Seiten mit einer durchgehenden Strukturierung (160, 160') derart versehen ist, dass der Formkörper (180) bzw. das Verbundmaterial (250) in allen Raumkoordinaten verformbar und abbiegbar ist. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strukturierung (160, 160') mit ihren erhaben ausgebildeten Abschnitten (161; 161') und mit ihren eingezogenen Abschnitten (162: 162') auf beiden Seiten des Formkörpers (180) bzw. des Verbundmaterials (250) so versetzt ausgebildet ist, dass die erhabenen Abschnitte (161, 161') der jeweils einen Seite des Formkörpers bzw. des Verbundmaterials den eingezogenen Abschnitten (162, 162') der jeweils anderen Seite des Formkörpers bzw. Verbundmaterials gegenüberliegen. - Dichtungsband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf das Bleigrundmaterial (190) des Verbundmaterials (250) ein- oder beidseitig eine Plattierungsschicht (250') aus Zinn oder einer zinnhaltigen Legierung oder aus einer Bleipiatte (350) und Zinn oder einer zinnhaltigen Legierung aufgebracht ist. - Dichtungsband nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zinnhaltige Legierung der Plattierungsschicht (250') des Verbundmaterials (250) aus folgender Zusammensetzung besteht:SN 0,15 bis 0,85 % Sb 0,05 bis 0,15 % Cu 0,03 bis 0,06 % Bi 0,01 bis 0,10 % Sonstige Beimengungen: max. 0,10 % Pb Rest. - Dichtungsband nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bleigrundmaterial (190) des Verbundmaterials (250) ein- oder beidseitig mit einem Plattierungsprodukt aus einer einseitig mit einer Plattierung (170) aus Zinn oder einer Zinn-Legierung versehenen mit einer auf Plattierungsstärke herabgewalzten Bleiplatte (350) versehen ist, wobei das Plattierungsprodukt mit seiner Bleiseite auf das Bleigrundmaterial (190) aufplattiert ist, das zur Verhinderung zwischenkristalliner Brüche bei einer Bleiblechverformung aus einer zinnhaltigen Legierung mit folgender Zusammensetzung besteht:SN 0,15 bis 0,85 % Sb 0,05 bis 0,15 % Cu 0,03 bis 0,06 % Bi 0,01 bis 0,10 % Sonstige Beimengungen: max. 0,10 % Pb Rest.
