Description
Desweiteren ist in der GB-A-629 853 eine auf den eingangs bezeichneten Saugstrangförderer folgende Strangeinheit in Gestalt einer Formateinrichtung offenbart, deren einen Hüllstreifen um den Tabakstrang herumschlagende Führungsbahn mit in Förderrichtung aneinandergereihten Auflagesegmenten unterschiedlicher Materialbeschaffenheit versehen ist.
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern eines Stranges der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Luftdurchlässe aufweisenden Führung für ein den Strang förderndes, von Saugluft durchströmtes Band, das am Grunde eines Kanals läuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der durch spezifische Ananderreihung von Einzelelementen/Segmenten (4) mit unterschiedlichen Luftdurchlässen (5) gebildeten Führung ein definiertes Strömungsprofil über die Länge des Tabakkanals (7) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelelemente (4) sich in mindestens einer Führungsnut (12) des Halters (1) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelelemente (4) in die Führungsnut (12) einschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Einzelelemente (4) an dem Halter (1), vorzugsweise durch Gewindestifte, fixierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einzelelement (4) Flächen aufweist, die das den Strang fördernde Band (6) von oben und von der Seite führen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Halter (1) und die Einzelelemente (4) ein Kanal (7) für den Tabakstrang anschließt, dessen gegenüberliegendes Ende offen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (24) der Einzelelemente (4) eben sind (Fig. 5).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (24) der Einzelelemente in den Randbereichen (24c) gekrümmt sind (Fig. 6).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (24b) der Einzelelemente (4) gekrümmt sind, vorzugsweise in Form eines Zylinderabschnitts (Fig. 7).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Führungsflächen der Einzelelemente (4) aus verschleißfestem Material bestehen.
