Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif comprenant un engrenage (33) pour générer des mouvements de va-et-vient de tocs d'entraînement, de coulisseaux (24, 25) ou d'organes similaires, en particulier dans une machine d'emballage pour insérer un bloc de cigarettes (16, 17) dans une poche (12, 13) d'un revolver de pliage (11), dans lequel le coulisseau (24, 25) est raccordé à une barre porteuse (29) dirigée transversalement, celle-ci est raccordée à un levier (37) présentant un engrenage différentiel (38) et le levier (37) est raccordé à un organe d'entraînement rotatif (36, 45), et dans lequel un engrenage supplémentaire (52) agit en outre pour faire en sorte que le coulisseau (24, 25), après un mouvement d'insertion rectiligne par pivotement, puisse se soulever et retourner dans la position de départ le long d'une piste de retour en forme d'arc (32), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes qui font partie du dispositif :
    a) le levier (37) est raccordé, en position relative fixe non modifiable, via un arbre creux (39), à une roue centrale (36) tournant à l'intérieur de l'engrenage (33) et circulant le long d'une piste circulaire,
    b) la roue centrale (36) circule sur une denture intérieure d'une couronne dentée (35) qui fait partie de l'engrenage (33),
    c) la roue centrale (36) peut être entraînée par un corps d'entraînement (45) raccordé à un arbre central (44), la roue centrale (36) étant montée à rotation sur le corps d'entraînement (45) en décalage par rapport à l'arbre central (44),
    d) la distance axiale entre la barre porteuse (29) et l'arbre creux (39) correspond à la moitié du rayon de la piste de déplacement extérieure, définie par la couronne dentée (35), de la roue centrale (36),
    e) l'engrenage supplémentaire (52) est raccordé à une roue dentée (50) de l'engrenage différentiel (38) via une barre de transmission (51) s'étendant de manière concentrique par rapport à la roue centrale (36), et
    f) l'engrenage supplémentaire (52) présente un levier de commande (53) qui est guidé par des galets palpeurs (57, 58), les galets palpeurs (57, 58) entrant dans une rainure de came (59) ménagée à un endroit fixe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que:
    a) le levier de commande (53) de l'engrenage supplémentaire (52) est raccordé au corps d'entraînement (45) via un palier rotatif (54),
    b) le levier de commande (53) est raccordé de manière articulée via une bielle (55) à un levier de liaison (56) appliqué sans possibilité de tourner sur la barre de transmission (51), et
    c) les galets palpeurs (57, 58) sont montés sur le levier de commande (53).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commande (53) est guidé par deux galets palpeurs (57, 58) agencés à distance l'un de l'autre, qui circulent sans contact mutuel dans la rainure de came commune (59) en s'appuyant respectivement sur une piste de came correspondante (61, 62) de la rainure de came (59).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la roue centrale (36) est montée à rotation sur le corps d'entraînement (45) en décalage par rapport à l'arbre central (44) dans la zone d'un évidement en forme de U (46).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que :
    a) l'engrenage différentiel (38) est monté à l'intérieur du levier (37) se présentant sous la forme d'un corps creux,
    b) une autre roue dentée (48) de l'engrenage différentiel est raccordée à la barre porteuse (29), et
    c) une troisième roue dentée, à savoir une roue intermédiaire (49), est montée à rotation entre les roues dentées (48, 50).
