Claims (8)
- Auspackstation (1) für Formkästen (3,4) aufweisende Gießformen (5) mit einer Ausstoßeinheit (12,13,20) für den im Formkasten (3,4) enthaltenen Formballen (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auspackstation (1) zwei übereinander liegende Führungsbahnen (9) für den beim Auspackvorgang stehend angeordneten Formkasten (3,4) aufweist, daß auf der einen Seite des Formkastens (3,4) die Ausstoßeinheit (12,13,20) in Form eines mit einer Preßplatte (13) versehenen horizontal beweglichen Preßstempels (12) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Formkastens (3,4) eine Aufnahme (14) für den Formballen (15) angeordnet ist.
- Auspackstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahnen (9) Bestandteil einer Wendeeinrichtung sind, die den Formkasten (3,4) um seine Längsachse drehen.
- Auspackstation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auspackstation (1) in eine Transportlinie (2) einer Gießanlage eingeschaltet ist.
- Auspackstation nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor und/oder hinter der Auspackstation (1) in der Transportlinie (2) der Gießanlage jeweils eine Wendeeinrichtung (25,26) für das Drehen des Formkastens (3,4) um seine Längsachse angeordnet ist.
- Auspackstation nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (25,26) eine zweite parallel zur ersten Führungsbahn (9) verlaufende, jedoch 90 Grad zur ersten Führungsbahn (9) versetzt angeordnete zweite Führungsbahn (27) aufweist, welche synchron mit der ersten Führungsbahn (27) bewegbar ist.
- Auspackstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungsbahn (9,27) an einem Drehkranz (8) befestigt sind, welcher mit dem Antriebsmotor (19) der Wendeeinrichtung (25,26) betriebsverbunden ist.
- Auspackstation nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (25,26) zwei Transportlinien (2) unterschiedlicher Breite miteinander verbindet, wobei die eine Transportlinie (2) den Formkasten liegend und die andere den Formkasten stehend transportiert.
- Auspackstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des Aufnahmetisches (14) eine Transportbahn (16) für das Gußstück (23) vorgesehen ist.
