Description
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist in der zurückgezogenen Stellung der Führungsarm nach hinten verschwenkt und wird zum Erfassen des Bogens in Umlaufrichtung gesehen nach vorne verschwenkt. Durch diese Schwenkbewegung greift der Führungsarm in den Drehbereich der Entnahmetrommel ein und erfasst den hinteren Teil eines Bogens, der dadurch radial nach aussen abgelenkt und der Klemmvorrichtung zugeführt wird. Mit einer Schwenkbewegung in Gegenrichtung kann der Führungsarm wieder versenkt werden.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von gefalzten Bogen auf eine Transportvorrichtung, mit einer drehenden Entnahmetrommel (A), die Bogen (1) aus einem Stapel (2) einzeln fasst und an eine erste drehende Oeffnungstrommel (B) und eine zweite drehende Oeffnungstrommel (C) übergibt, welche den gefassten Bogen (1) an den dem Falz (3) gegenüberliegenden Rändern (4, 5) öffnen und auf die Transportvorrichtung (6) abwerfen, mit einer an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) angeordneten Klemmvorrichtung (48), welche die Bogen (1) zum öffnen und für den Weitertransport jeweils an einem vorstehenden Rand (5) fasst, und mit Mitteln, welche die genannten Ränder (4, 5) in der Entnahmetrommel (A) hintergreifen und der Klemmvorrichtung (48) zuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel wenigstens einen an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) beweglich gelagerten Führungsarm (7) aufweisen, der zum Hintergreifen der Ränder (4, 5) beim Drehen der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) aus einer zurückgezogenen Stellung in eine über den Umfang (27) der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) vorstehende Stellung bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsarm (7) im Abstand zur Drehachse (11) der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) schwenkbar an dieser gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsarm (7) ein freies Ende (7a) aufweist, das gegen die Drehrichtung der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) rückwärts in die zurückgezogene Stellung verschwenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsarm (7) eine bogenförmige und konvexe Führungsfläche (10) aufweist, an welcher die erfassten Ränder (4, 5) der Klemmvorrichtung (48) geführt zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsarm (7) zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Papierformate auf einer Welle (12) verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (12) zum Verschwenken des Führungsarms (7) ein Ritzel (13) aufweist, das mit einem Zahnsegment (14) eines schwenkbaren Steuerhebels (15) kämmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) wenigstens ein Hebel (16) gelagert ist, der zum öffnen eines Bogens (1) den vorstehenden Rand (5) an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) kurzzeitig festklemmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) eine Nase (26) vorgesehen ist, die verhindert, dass die Ränder (4, 5) hinter die zum Klemmen vorgesehenen Hebel (16, 17) fallen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verarbeitung von kleinen Formaten an der ersten Oeffnungstrommel (B) zwischen zwei benachbarten Scheiben (24) schmale Führungsarme (7) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Entnahmetrommel (A) hintereinander wenigstens zwei Bogen (1) transportiert werden und dass die erste Oeffnungstrommel (B) so gesteuert ist, dass mit wenigstens zwei Führungsarmen (7) am Umfang der Oeffnungstrommel (B) die Bogen nacheinander geführt werden.
