Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Anordnen, Spannen oder Schrumpfen eines ringartigen Festhalteorganes, gekennzeichnet durcheinen offenen Spannring (3) mit je endständig einem Festhalteabschnitt (5, 7),mindestens zwei innerhalb des Spannringes angeordnete, ringartig gebogene, weitgehendst seitlich aneinanderstossende Klemmbacken (11), welche mit ihrer äusseren Kontur (12) am Spannring anliegen und welche mit ihrer inneren Oberfläche (19) insgesamt wenigstens nahezu eine kreisrunde Ringöffnung bilden,je mindestens ein federartiges Organ (15) zwischen je den seitlich aneinanderstossenden Klemmbacken, um diese voneinanderzutreiben bzw. den Spannring im nicht gespannten Zustand in Ringöffnungsdurchmesser-vergrössernder Richtung auseinanderzutreiben und die Klemmbacken fest im Spannring zu halten, undein Spannorgan (30) mit mindestens zwei Eingreifabschnitten (31, 33), vorgesehen, um an den Festhalteabschnitten eingreifend den offenen Spannring in Durchmesser-verkleinernder Richtung zu spannen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmbacken eine äussere Oberfläche aufweisen, vorgesehen, um innen am Spannring an- bzw. aufzuliegen mit je seitlichen Führungsrändern (23), zum seitlich geführten Halten der Klemmbacken am Spannring, wobei die Führungsränder derart voneinander beabstandet sind, dass der Spannring auf der äusseren Oberfläche der Klemmbacken frei gleiten kann.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je die innere Oberfläche (19) der Klemmbacken, welche insgesamt eine nahezu kreisrunde Ringöffnung bilden, je seitlich vorstehende Führungsränder (21) aufweisen, deren je innere gegen die innere Oberfläche gerichtete Seitenflanke (20) schräg bzw. konisch einwärts verlaufend ausgebildet ist, um beim Schrumpfen bzw. Spannen des ringartigen Festhalteorganes eine Verbreiterung der Bandbreite des Organes zu verhindern.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche für die Innenseite des Spannringes auf der äusseren Oberfläche der Klemmbacken in Spannring-Längsrichtung je seitlich in die Klemmbacken hineinragende Rillen (25) aufweist und/oder die Oberfläche bzw. Auflagefläche (27) mit einem reibungsvermindernden Material beschichtet bzw. versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmbacken in oder an der Stirn- bzw. Seitenfläche (13), gerichtet gegen je die benachbart angeordnete Klemmbacke, eine oder mehrere Vertiefung(en) bzw. Lochung(en) (17) aufweist für die Aufnahme der federartigen Organe (15), wobei von je zwei aneinanderstossenden Klemmbacken je zwei Vertiefungen bzw. Lochungen derart aufeinander ausgerichtet angeordnet sind, dass das oder die jeweils angeordnete(n) federartige(n) Organ(e) eine weitgehendst senkrechte Kraft auf die Seitenfläche der jeweiligen Klemmbacke ausübt (ausüben).
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens drei Klemmbacken bzw. Klemmsegmente bzw. vorzugsweise vier bis acht Klemmbacken bzw. Klemmsegmente vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannorgan (30) mindestens zwei zangenartige Klemmschenkel (35, 37) mit je einem Eingreifabschnitt zum Eingreifen an den Festhalteabschnitten aufweist sowie ein eine Kraftkomponente erzeugendes Organ (41, 43), um die beiden Schenkel zueinanderzutreiben zum Spannen des Spannringes.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Kraftkomponente erzeugende Organ beispielsweise eine Gewindespindel oder ein anderes geeignetes Mittel aufweist, mittels welchem die beiden Schenkel voneinander bzw. zueinander bewegbar sind sowie ein Organ zum Bewegen der beispielsweise Gewindespindel bzw. des geeigneten anderen Mittels, wie beispielsweise ein Schraubgriff, ein Drehmomentschlüssel und dergleichen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannorgan pneumatisch und/oder hydraulisch betätigbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Anordnen, Spannen oder Schrumpfen eines ringförmigen Festhalteorganes, wie insbesondere eines Press-, Klemm- oder Schrumpfringes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Festhalteorgan innerhalb einer Mehrzahl von weitgehendst kreisrund angeordneten Klemmbacken bzw. -segmenten angeordnet wird, welche Backen bzw. Segmente mit ihren inneren Oberflächen insgesamt eine weitgehendst kreisrunde Ringöffnung bilden und welche je seitlich zwischen je zwei Klemmbacken bzw. Klemmsegmenten durch ein federartiges Organ, einen Abstand bildend, voneinander getrieben werden, worauf ein die Klemmbacken bzw. Klemmsegmente aussen umgreifender und diese haltender offener Spannring mittels eines Spannorgans in Durchmesser-verkleinernder Richtung gespannt wird, um die Klemmbacken weitgehendst radial senkrecht nach innen treibend zu bewegen und das Festhalteorgan, wie den Press-, Klemm- oder Schrumpfring, gegebenenfalls auf einem anzuordnenden bzw. festzulegenden Objekt zu spannen bzw. zu schrumpfen.
- Verfahren, insbesondere nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Spannen des Spannorganes zwei zangenartige Schenkel mittels einer Gewindespindel zueinander in zangenschliessender Richtung bewegt werden, wobei die Gewindespindel beispielsweise mittels eines Schraubgriffes oder eines Drehmomentschlüssels betätigt wird.
- Verfahren, insbesondere nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannorgan pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betätigt wird.
- Anordnung zum Schrumpfen bzw. Spannen von Klemm-, Press- oder Schrumpfringen, wie insbesondere von sogenannten Multi Crimp-Ringen, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
