Definitions
- the invention relates to a tent with a roof and side walls, which are each made of foldable tarpaulin material, and with one on the other Support structure made of inflatable tubes, which are assigned to the roof and the side walls and is made of foldable, flat material.
- Inflatable tents are for use in emergencies, such as disaster relief known.
- the individual parts from which these tents are made are connected, are So either inseparable or releasably connected.
- the tent is erected simply by inflating it. This saves a lot Time that is scarce in the event of a disaster, when building an accommodation, which is rainproof and can be closed on all sides.
- Such a tent is versatile, for example as a command post for a command center, as a treatment room for emergency doctors or as a room for the installation of a shower, e.g. disinfection.
- Inflatable tents are generally known, for example DE 32 07 542 A1, which describes a tent according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, an inflatable tent of this type is known from DE 23 25 511 A1.
- a tent is secured by ground anchors, so-called pegs. They have to be driven into the ground somehow, they have to go with them be connected to the supporting structure. This requires time, especially in the event of a disaster mostly not available. In particular, however, it is not possible everywhere perform such ground anchorages. For example, when building the Such anchoring is not possible on a street. Even on soft terrain etc. sufficient locking cannot be achieved.
- this task solved that elongated, water-filled load tanks are provided that the support structure are assigned, at the lower end regions of at least some side walls and with their weight the tent built on a floor on the Hold the ground.
- the tent is weighted down by load tanks. These extend preferably over the length of one side wall, preferably they are on two opposite Side walls provided. By filling the load tanks with water this is so heavy that the tent has to be held on the ground. In this way the tent is held on any surface, e.g. on too Asphalt.
- the loading tanks can be filled relatively quickly. Usually is at Disaster operations include the fire department, the sufficient material, in particular Pumps and hoses, for filling the load tanks.
- the load tanks are preferably designed as elongated, tubular bodies that with the same cross section over the length of at least one side of the Extend tent. They are arranged where there is usually a closed side wall is present. This doesn't prevent them. You are either in immediate Near a lower cross tube of the support structure or are even more advantageous Formed integrally with such a cross tube. this means then that the support structure in its lower area has individual chambers that are not can be filled with air, but with water and in this way it also functions take over the load tanks.
- the tent has a tarpaulin.
- the load tanks can now attached directly to this base plate, but in particular also in one piece be connected to her.
- the elongated design of the load tanks ensures that the tent is secured reached over a longer distance, on the other hand the load tanks keep despite the necessary amount of water a small amount.
- the inflatable tent has a roof 20 and four side walls, one of which in FIG. 1 the gable wall 22 and a rectangular, roof-side wall 24 are visible. They are made from tarpaulin, i.e. a foldable one Tarpaulin material.
- the tent also has a supporting structure in the form of a frame made of inflatable tubes. In the exemplary embodiment shown, it consists of in each case two lower transverse hoses 26 resting on a floor, from vertical running hoses 28, from roof hoses 30 and from a ridge hose 32. Im Embodiment according to Figure 1, all hoses 26 to 32 communicate with each other. By inflating at one point, the entire supporting structure is erected.
- tubes 26 to 32 are made of a thin, foldable material, so that the entire pneumatic tent can be folded.
- the supporting structure and the cover of roof 20 and side walls 22, 24 is contiguous educated. Only by inflating the supporting structure and without anything else The tent can be erected in a few simple steps.
- a load tank 34 is provided on each side parallel to the transverse hoses 26. It is arranged and located in the vicinity of the lower edge of the roof-side walls 24 in the embodiment shown outside the actual tent. He can but also be arranged in the tent. It is in a suitable manner, for example via tapes or by resting on a tarpaulin 36, which will be discussed later is assigned to the actual tent so that the load tanks 34 with their weight keep the tent set up on a floor on the floor. So you take over the function of ground anchors.
- the load tanks are essentially designed as hoses.
- Figure 2 shows a top view on a load tank 34. It is made of a rectangular blank made of tarpaulin material manufactured. It is tubular to a longitudinal seam 38 Arrangement connected, at both ends it is closed by transverse seams 40. The seams 38, 40 are made by gluing, welding or in any other suitable manner.
- Two filling openings 42 are provided, which are at a greater distance from one another are arranged. They are equipped with a quick coupling, just like them the fire brigade uses fire hoses. This allows you to use normal fire hoses get connected.
- the filling openings 42 are normally through a closure tightly closed. One of the filling openings 42 is used for filling of water, the other is opened when filling, air flows out of it. To this In this way, the load tank 34 can be filled with water very quickly.
- FIG. 3 shows a tarpaulin 36 as used for the tent according to FIG. 1 can. It has a rectangular cut and is, like roof 20 and side walls 22, 24, made of tarpaulin material.
- the actual tent is located above the middle region 44 and between the dashed lines. It is with the Ground tarpaulin connected.
- the floor tarpaulin 36 has two side areas 46, they are located when the tent is set up outside the actual tent. On them you can placed on both load tanks 34 and fastened accordingly. Alternatively it is possible to connect the load tanks directly to the support structure, for example via Straps.
- the two load tanks 34 extend practically over the entire Side length of the tent, i.e. the roof side walls 24.
- the load tanks 34 can be of any design.
- the tubular shown Education is not to be understood as restrictive. With elongated training along the usually closed side walls not used for access to the tent 24, however, a particularly favorable training is achieved.
- the capacity of the load tanks 34 is selected so that it is of sufficient weight is achieved to keep the entire tent on the ground even with gusts of wind.
- the volume of the load tanks is above 1000 liters, e.g. also above 3000 liters.
- FIG. 4 and 5 is another variant of the inflatable Tent shown.
- load tanks 34 outside of the actual tent provided, rather the two lower cross tubes 26 designed as a load tank 34.
- they have filling openings 42. as can be seen in particular from Figure 5, of the pneumatic part of the support structure separated. They form continuous, self-contained hose chambers, to which the vertical tubes 28 are butted. The pneumatic area the support structure begins above the two transverse hoses 26.
- transverse hoses 26 With air on their own fill, but they can also be filled with water as a load tank 34.
