Claims (6)
- Kontinuierliche Feinstahl- oder Drahtstraße, umfassend, hinter dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt der Straße angeordnete Fertigwalz- und Maßwalzeinheiten, vor, zwischen und hinter diesen angeordnete Kühlstrecken und Temperaturausgleichstrecken sowie, diesen nachgeordnete Walzgutsammeleinrichtungen,
dadurch gekenzeichnet,
daß die Fertigwalzeinheit zwei selbständige Fertigwalzeinheiten (5; 13) aufweist, von denen die eine Fertigwalzeinheit (13) in einer,hinter dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt(1) über eine Weiche (2), von einer zweiten Walzlinie (W2) abgezweigten ersten Walzlinie (W1)angeordnet ist, die hinter dieser eine horizontale Umführung (16) und eine, zwischen dieser, an der Fertigwalzeinheit (13) vorbeilaufende Temperaturausgleichsstrecke (20) mit Kühlstrecke (17), sowie eine weitere, an diese anschließende Umführung (18) aufweist, der eine, vor der Fertigwalzeinheit (5) in die zweite Walzlinie (W2) führende Weiche (19) nachgeordnet ist, und daß die andere Fertigwalzeinheit (5), zusammen mit einer Maßwalzeinheit (6) in der, parallel zu dieser ersten Walzlinie (W1) verlaufenden zweiten Walzlinie (W2) angeordnet ist. - Drahtstraße nach Anspruch 1,
gekenzeichnet durch
eine, in der zweiten Walzlinie (W2), hinter der Weiche (2) und vor der Fertigwalzeinheit (5) und der Maßwalzeinheit (6) angeordnete Kühlstrecke (3) und, zwei, diesen nachgeordnete Kühlstrecken (9, 10). - Drahtstraße nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2,
gekenzeichnet durch,
in der ersten Walzlinie (W1), unmittelbar hinter der Fertigwalzeinheit (13) und vor der ersten Umführung (16) und, hinter dieser, vor der Temperaturausgleichsstrecke (20) angeordnete Kühlstrecken (15, 17). - Drahtstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekenzeichnet durch
in beiden Walzlinien (W1, W2) jeweils unmittelbar vor der jeweiligen Fertigwalzeinheit (5; 13) angeordnete Scheren (4; 14). - Arbeitsverfahren zum Betreiben der Drahtstraße nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der aus dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt (1) kommende Walzdrahtstrang zunächst über die Weiche (2) in die erste Walzlinie (W1) und dort in die Fertigwalzeinheit (13) eingebracht, über die Umführungen (16, 18) und die Weiche (19) in die zweite Walzlinie (W2) geführt, in der Fertigwalzeinheit (5) und Maßwalzeinheit (6) fertiggewalzt wird. - Arbeitsverfahren zum Betreiben der Drahtstraße nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
zum Walzen dicker Walzdrahtabmessungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der, aus dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt (1) kommende Walzdrahtstrang entweder im geradlinigen Durchlauf durch die zweite Walzlinie (W2) eingebracht und in der Fertigwalzeinheit (5) und der Maßwalzeinheit (6) bzw. über die Weiche (2) in die erste Walzlinie (W1 eingebracht, dort in der Fertigwalzeinheit (13) querschnittsverringernd gewalzt, anschließend über die Umführungen (16, 18) in die Weiche (19) in die zweite Walzlinie (W2) geführt, nach Leerdurchgang durch die Fertigwalzeinheit (5) in der Maßwalzeinheit (6) fertiggewalzt wird.
