Claims (4)
- Walzenstrasse zum Walzen von Flachstahl, die hinter einer Vorwalzgruppe eine, aus zwei Universalgerüsten in Tandemanordnung bestehende Kompaktwalzgruppe aufweist, bei der den Horizontalwalzen der Universalgerüste anstellbare, lose gelagerte Vertikalwalzrollenpaare (VWR) vor- und nachgeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorwalzgruppe aus einem Vertikalduogerüst (VDG) bzw. einem Universalgerüst (UG), und einem Horizontalduogerüst (HDG) besteht, und
dass die, in Walzrichtung ersten der lose gelagerten Vertikalwalzrollenpaare (VWR1) der beiden Tandem-Universalgerüste (TUR;TUF) glatte Unfangswandungen und die, diesen folgenden Vertikalwalzrollenpaare (VWR2' bzw. VWR2'') Umfangswandungen mit einem Kalibereinschnitt (K) aufweisen und diese Kalibereinschnitte (K) auf die jeweiligen Dickenabnahmen des Walzguts (WG) bei dessen ersten Walzdurchgang durch die Universalgerüste (TUR und TUF) der Tandemgruppe abgestimmt sind. - Walzenstrasse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Universalgerüsten (TUR und TUF) der Tandemgruppe zwei oder mehr Universal-Fertiggerüste nachgeordnet sind. - Anwendung einer Walzenstrasse nach Anspruch 1 beim Walzen von Flachstahl,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorprofil (VP) mit Rechteckquerschnitt liegend in einem Stich (1) im Vertikalduogerüst (VDG) bzw. im Universalgerüst (UG) der Vorwalzgruppe gestaucht, anschließend in einem weiteren Stich (2) im Horizontalduogerüst breitend gewalzt und dann, in, jeweils zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stichen (3, 4) und Reversierstichen (R5, R6) in den Tandem-Universalgerüsten (TUR und TUF) der Kompaktwalzgruppe bei gleichzeitiger Beaufschlagung der Seitenkanten des Walzprofils durch die Vertikalwalzrollen (VWR) fertiggewalzt wird. - Anwendung einer Walzenstrasse nach Anspruch 2 beim Walzen von Flachstahl
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorprofil (VP) mit Rechteckquerschnitt liegend in einem Stich im Vertikal-Duogerüst (VDG) bzw, im Universalgerüst (UG) der Vorwalzgruppe gestaucht, anschließend in einem weiteren Stich im Horizontalduogerüst breitend gewalzt und dann in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stichen in den Tandem-Universalgerüsten der Kompaktwalzgruppe bei gleichzeitiger Beaufschlagung der Seitenkanten des Walzprofils durch die Vertikalwalzrollen gewalzt und dann in den folgenden Universal-Fertiggerüsten in durchgehenden Stichen fertiggewalzt wird.
