Claims (4)

  1. Train de laminoirs pour le laminage d'acier plat qui présente derrière un groupe dégrossisseur un groupe de laminage compact comprenant deux cages universelles dans une position en tandem, sur lequel des paires de rouleaux de laminage vertical (VWR) réglables et logées de façon lâche sont disposées en amont et en aval des rouleaux horizontaux des cages universelles,
    caractérisé en ce que le groupe dégrossisseur comprend une cage duo verticale (VDG) ou une cage universelle (UG), et une cage duo horizontale (HDG), et en ce que les premières dans le sens de laminage des paires de rouleaux de laminage vertical (VWR1) montées de façon lâche des deux cages universelles tandem (TUR ; TUF) présente des parois périphériques lisses et les paires de rouleaux de laminage vertical (VWR2' et VWR2") consécutives à ces parois présentent des parois périphériques avec une entaille de cannelure (K) et ces entailles de cannelure (K) sont adaptées aux réductions d'épaisseur respectives de la matière à laminer (WG) lors de son premier passage de laminage dans les cages universelles (TUR et TUF) du groupe tandem.
  2. Train de laminoirs selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que deux ou plusieurs cages finisseuses universelles sont placées en aval des cages universelles (TUR et TUF) du groupe tandem.
  3. Train de laminoirs selon la revendication 1 pour le laminage d'acier plat,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une ébauche de profilé (VP) avec section rectangulaire est refoulée en position horizontale dans une passe (1) dans la cage duo verticale (VDG) ou dans la cage universelle (UG) du groupe dégrossisseur, est ensuite laminée avec écrasement lors d'une autre passe (2) dans la cage duo horizontale et fait ensuite l'objet d'un laminage final dans respectivement deux passes (3, 4) successives et passes réversibles (R5, R6) dans les cages universelles tandem (TUR et TUF) du groupe de laminage compact avec une sollicitation simultanée des arêtes latérales du profilé laminé par les rouleaux de laminage vertical (VWR).
  4. Utilisation d'un train de laminoirs selon la revendication 2 pour le laminage d'acier plat,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une ébauche de profilé (VP) avec une section rectangulaire est refoulée en position allongée dans une passe dans la cage duo verticale (VDG) ou dans la cage universelle (UG) du groupe dégrossisseur, est ensuite laminée dans une autre passe avec écrasement dans la cage duo horizontale, est ensuite laminée dans deux passes successives dans les cages universelles tandem du groupe de laminage compact avec une sollicitation simultanée des arêtes latérales du profilé laminé par les rouleaux de laminage vertical et fait l'objet ensuite d'un laminage final dans les cages finisseuses universelles suivantes dans des passes continues.
