Claims (6)

  1. Laminoir (1) pour le laminage à chaud de métal, en particulier d'aluminium, comprenant un train de laminage de feuillards à chaud (3) avec un train dégrossisseur (4) et un train finisseur (5), dans lequel le train dégrossisseur (4) est réalisé sous forme de train tandem dans lequel le produit à laminer est laminé en mode tandem avec participation commune d'au moins deux cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, dans lequel le train finisseur (5) comprend, à titre de train tandem, au moins deux cages finisseuses (11, 12) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, au moyen desquelles un laminage est effectué en mode tandem avec participation simultanée des cages finisseuses (11, 12) respectives, et dans lequel un dispositif de bobinage respectif (15, 14) est agencé devant et derrière le train finisseur (5), vu dans la direction de laminage, et dans lequel le train tandem dégrossisseur (4) fonctionne en mode réversible,
    caractérisé en ce que le train dégrossisseur (4) fonctionne conjointement avec le train finisseur (5) à titre de train tandem, dans lequel le laminage est effectué en service tandem avec participation commune des cages du train dégrossisseur et du train finisseur ; et en ce que le train finisseur (5) fonctionne en mode réversible.
  2. Laminoir selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le train dégrossisseur tandem (4) comprend des cages de laminage respectives à deux cylindres (cage duo) (8, 9).
  3. Laminoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, présentant la constitution suivante :
    - une zone de four (2) pour l'apport de chaleur dans un produit précurseur avant la mise en forme,
    - une cisaille lourde à ébouter (6),
    - une cage de refoulement (7),
    - deux cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, qui fonctionnent en service tandem en mode réversible,
    - une cisaille à la volée (10),
    - un premier dispositif de bobinage (15),
    - deux cages finisseuses (11, 12) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, qui fonctionnent en service tandem en mode réversible, et
    - un second dispositif de bobinage (14).
  4. Procédé pour le laminage à chaud de métal, en particulier d'aluminium, dans lequel le produit précurseur, en particulier un barreau en aluminium (17) subit un laminage grossier et ensuite un laminage de finition dans un train de laminage à chaud (3) avec un train dégrossisseur et un train finisseur (4, 5), dans lequel le produit précurseur subit un laminage grossier dans le train dégrossisseur (4) lui-même qui, à titre de train tandem, est équipé d'au moins deux cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, en service tandem avec participation commune des gages dégrossisseuses respectives, et dans lequel le produit à laminer (19) ayant subi un dégrossissage grossier subit un laminage de finition dans le train finisseur (5) qui, à titre de train tandem, est équipé d'au moins deux cages finisseuses (11, 12) agencées l'une derrière l'autre, en particulier dans un laminoir (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le produit à laminer est laminé conjointement en service tandem dans le train dégrossisseur (4) et dans le train finisseur (5) ; et
    en ce que le laminage du produit précurseur dans les cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) ainsi que dans les cages finisseuses réversibles à la suite, a lieu en mode de fonctionnement tandem du train finisseur (5).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on procède au laminage du produit précurseur dans les cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) ainsi qu'à l'introduction du produit à laminer dans le train finisseur (5) avec participation simultanée de toutes les cages du train dégrossisseur et du train finisseur (4, 5) (étape IIa).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    - transport d'un produit précurseur chaud (17), en particulier d'un barreau en aluminium, dans un train dégrossisseur tandem (4),
    - dégrossissage réversible avec les cages dégrossisseuses (8, 9) en service tandem (étape I),
    - éboutage intermédiaire du produit après dégrossissage (19), en particulier de la plaque en aluminium, au moyen d'une cisaille lourde (6),
    - laminage du produit après dégrossissage (19) jusqu'à une épaisseur de dégrossissage prédéterminée,
    - éboutage du produit après dégrossissage (19) au moyen d'une cisaille à la volée (10),
    - embobinage du feuillard (13) ayant traversé le train de finition (5), qui fonctionne en service tandem, au moyen d'un second dispositif de bobinage (14) disposé en aval,
    - inversion de la direction de déplacement des cages (11, 12) et nouvelle introduction du feuillard (13) dans le train finisseur (5),
    - embobinage sur un dispositif de bobinage (15) disposé en amont, avec déroulement simultané depuis le second dispositif de bobinage (14),
    - exécution, en une ou plusieurs fois, de l'étape de laminage dans le train finisseur (étape IIb).
