Claims (2)
- Anordnung des mehrgerüstigen Fertigblocks und des diesem, in geringem Abstand nachgeordneten mehrgerüstigen Nachblocks in einadrigen Drahtwalzstraßen zur wahlweisen Nichtkühl- bzw. Kühlbehandlung des zwischen beiden Blöcken durchlaufenden Drahtstrangs,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine, zwischen dem Fertigblock (2) und dem Nachblock (3) angeordnete Walzlinien-Wechselweiche (6), die den, den Fertigblock (2) verlassenden Drahtstrang wahlweise dem Nachblock (3) direkt oder über eine Umführwalzlinie (W2) zuleitet, in der eine oder mehrere Kühlstrecken (9), eine Drahtumführung (10) und ein Schlingentisch (11) angeordnet sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein, zwischen dem Fertigblock (2) und dem Nachblock (3) angeordnetes, quer zur Walzlinie (W1) verschiebbares Weichenstrück (6), das mehrere Drahtdurchführungen (6a, 6b, 6c) aufweist, deren Ein- bzw. Ausführöffnungen durch die Querverschiebung des Weichenstücks (6) wahlweise in die Walzlinie (W1) ein- und aus dieser ausbringbar sind, wobei eine Drahtdurchführung (6a) geradlinig, parallel zur Walzlinie (W1) verläuft, und die andere aus zwei, über Kreuz verlaufenden Drahtdurchführungen (6b, 6c) gebildet wird, die mit jeweils einer ihrer Mündungen Eingangsöffnung (EÖb) bzw. Ausgangsöffnung (AÖc) in die Walzlinie (W1) einbringbar und mit jeweils einer ihrer anderen Mündungen Eingangsöffnung (EÖc) bzw Ausgangsöffnung (AÖb) mit dem Eingang bzw. dem Ausgang der Umführwalzlinie (W2) verbunden sind.
