Claims (10)
- Walzstraße (1) mit einer Warmwalzgruppe (2), dieser vorgeordneten Öfen (3, 3') und mit mindestens zwei Stranggießmaschinen (4, 4') sowie Scheren (5, 5') vor und gegebenenfalls hinter den Öfen (3, 3'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Stranggießmaschine (4, 4') ein Ofen (3, 3') großer Länge zugeordnet ist, daß die Öfen (3, 3') quer verschiebbar ausgebildet sind und aus den Stranggießlinien (11, 11') in die von den Stranggießlinien (11, 11') in ihrer Lage abweichende gemeinsame Walzlinie (12) verfahrbar sind, und daß die Öfen (3, 3') in Längsrichtung in Segmente (6 bis 10 und 6'bis 10) unterteilt sind, wobei die Segmente (7 bis 10 und 7' bis 10') einzeln und unabhängig voneinander quer verschiebbar sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Länge jedes Ofens (3, 3') so bemessen ist, daß dieser Walzgut z.B. ein Vorband (13, 13', 13'', 13''') in einer mehrere Coils entsprechenden Länge aufzunehmen vermag. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Segmente (6 bis 10 und 6' bis 10') der Öfen (3, 3') gleiche Längen aufweisen. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Segmente (6 bis 10 und 6' bis 10') der Öfen (3, 3') unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längen der Segmente (6 bis 10, 6' bis 10') zur Warmwalzgruppe (2) hin zunehmen. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das jeweils der Gießmaschine (4, 4') zugeordnete Segment (6, 6') der Öfen (3, 3') stationär ist. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öfen (3, 3') mit Vorschubeinrichtungen für das Vorband (13, 13', 13'', 13''') ausgestattet sind, deren Vorschubgeschwindigkeit die des die Gießmaschine (4, 4') verlassenden Vorbandes (13 bis 13''') überschreitet. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Warmwalzgruppe (2) ein in ihrer Walzlinie (12) vorgesehenes stationäres Ofensegment vorgeordnet ist. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Walzstraße (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein von einer der Gießmaschinen (4, 4') abgegebenes Vorband (13 bis 13''') in den dieser zugeordneten Ofen (3, 3') eingebracht wird, wobei dessen einzelnen Segmente (7 bis 10, 7' bis 10') zuvor nacheinander in die Gießlinie (11, 11') verschoben werden, daß spätestens nach Überführung der vorgegebenen maximalen Länge des Vorbandes (13 bis 13''') in den Ofen (3, 3') die diesem vorgeschaltete Schere (5, 5') betätigt wird und dessen Vorschubeinrichtung das Vorband (13 bis 13''') beschleunigt in die quer verschiebbaren Segmente (7 bis 10, 7' bis 10') des Ofens (3, 3') einzieht, daß die Segmente (7 bis 10, 7' bis 10') miteinander fluchtend in die Walzlinie (12) verschoben werden, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung das Vorband (13 bis 13''') zum Anstich in die Warmwalzgruppe (2) vorschiebt, und daß frei werdende Segmente (7 bis 10, 7' bis 10') des Ofens (3, 3') nacheinander in die Gießlinie (11, 11') zurück verschoben werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite der Gießmaschine (4') mit ihrer Schere (5') und dem Ofen (3') alternierend zur ersten (4) betrieben werden.
