Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Übermittlung eines von einem Zählpunkt (ZP1...ZP3) ermittelten Zählerstands an eine zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung (AWE), die Frei- oder Besetztmeldungen für einen Streckenabschnitt erzeugt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß die Übermittlung über ein Kommunikationsnetz (PSTN) erfolgt, das auf Vermittlung beruht, und daßb) der Zählpunkt sich erst dann in das Kommunikationsnetz einwählt, wenn nach dem letzten registrierten Achsdurchgang eine festgelegte Zeitspanne verstrichen ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Kommunikationsnetz ein Mobilfunknetz ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Zeitspanne im laufenden Betrieb durch Auswertung der zeitlichen Abfolge der bislang registrierten Achsdurchgänge festgelegt wird.
- Verfahren zur Freimeldung eines Streckenabschnitts, entlang dessen Zählpunkte (ZP1...ZP3) angeordnet sind, durch eine zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung (AWE),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die Zählpunkte von ihnen ermittelte Zählerstände nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 an die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung übertragen, und daßb) die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung den Streckenabschnitt nur dann freigibt, wenn alle Zählpunkte innerhalb eines definierten Zeitfensters ihre Zählerstände an die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung übermittelt haben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem dann, wenn nicht alle Zählpunkte innerhalb eines definierten Zeitfensters ihre Zählerstände an die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung übermittelt haben, die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung diejenigen Zählpunkte anwählt, deren letzte Zählstandsübermittlung zu lange zurückliegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, bei dem die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung den Streckenabschnitt nur dann freigibt, wenn alle beteiligten Zählpunkte innerhalb des definierten Zeitfensters das Ergebnis einer Funktionsüberprüfung an die zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung übermittelt haben.
- Elektronischer Anschlußkasten (EAK) für einen Zählpunkt mit einer Schienenkontaktschnittstelle (IFSK) zum Anschluß von wenigstens einem Schienenkontakt (SK1, SK2),
gekennzeichnet durcha) eine Auswerteschaltung (AS) zur Ansteuerung des wenigstens einen Schienenkontakts, zur Erzeugung von Zählimpulsen aus von der Schienenkontaktschnittstelle zugeführten Signalen und zur Ermittlung eines Zählerstandes aus den erzeugten Zählimpulsen,b) eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (IFGSM) zu einem auf Vermittlung beruhenden Kommunikationsnetz,c) eine Timerschaltung (TIM), die so ausgeführt ist, daß sie einen Befehl zum Senden des Zählerstandes über die Kommunikationsschnittstelle (IFGSM) an eine zentrale Auswerteeinrichtung absetzt, wenn nach dem letzten registrierten Achsdurchgang eine festgelegte Zeitspanne verstrichen ist. - Elektronischer Anschlußkasten nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Zeitspanne im laufenden Betrieb durch Auswertung der zeitlichen Abfolge der bislang registrierten Achsdurchgänge ermittelbar ist.
