- the invention relates to an object security grille, in particular an intake or blow-off grille, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- An object security grid according to the preamble of Claim 1 is known from DE 44 24 444 A1.
- GB-A-2 172 396 discloses a security object with lamellae which can be used Bolts are stored. From GB-A-1 384 074 it is known for stability of the grid, to provide the hollow struts with a rod.
- the invention is based on the object Object security grille according to the preamble of Claim 1 so that its stability and Resilience is increased.
- the invention provides an object security grid, the in terms of stability and / or resilience Filling the struts with polymer concrete or the like further is improved. At the same time, by filling the struts using polymer concrete ensures that the hollow struts occurring noises are eliminated and thus the Noise level of the entire grille, if one Noise generated by the struts is essential is lowered.
- a wire mesh is provided on the outlet side, which is also on the frame as on the outward-facing end faces of the slats is welded on.
- Grid is a so-called demister on the wire grid opposite side of the grid provided, this Demister is arranged between two zones of lamellae.
- This demister preferably consists of a steel mesh which Drop separation in strongly humid gas flows, i.e. causes liquid to be withdrawn from the flow.
- FIG. 1 The sectional view of Figure 1 shows a first preferred Embodiment of an object security grid according to the present Invention.
- This object security grid has a circumferential Frame 1, within which the object security grid is arranged.
- frame plates 2 which in the embodiment of FIG. 1 with insert openings can be provided, preferably for receiving struts 3, 4 serve in the form of tubes.
- the tubes 3, 4 with the frame plate 1 and / or 2 welded. If necessary, the outer frame plate 1 omitted, so that the object security grid to be inserted into a wall opening in the masonry due to the frame plates 2 is arranged.
- the object security grid consists of a plurality of slats 6 1 , 6 2 , 6 3 etc., which are stacked one above the other in the embodiment according to FIG.
- the slats 6 1 etc. are provided with a matching pattern of openings 8 1 , 8 2 etc., 9 1 , 9 2 etc., such that each slat contains the same opening pattern and in this way in a mutually parallel form can be attached to the struts 3, 4.
- spacer elements preferably in the form of sleeves 11 1 , 11 2 , etc., are used, with a first sleeve 11 1 according to the illustration according to FIG Plate 2 is placed, after which a first lamella 6 1 follows, on which a second sleeve 11 2 is placed before a second lamella 6 2 is placed on this sleeve 11 2 , etc.
- the fins 6 1 etc. are placed in loose form on the individual struts or tubes 3, 4 with the interposition of the spacer elements in the form of sleeves 11 1 , 11 2 etc.
- a firm welding between the individual fins 6 1 , 6 2 etc. and the struts 3, 4 receiving these fins is not intended in the present invention.
- the slats 6 1 , 6 2 , etc. can be placed on the struts 3, 4 in a simple and quick manner using the respective sleeves 11 1 , 11 2 .
- the same of spacer elements or sleeves 11 1 , 11 2 etc. is used for each strut 3, 4 etc. in order to obtain equal distances between the individual slats 6 1 , 6 2 etc. If necessary, these distances can also be of different sizes, ie the height of the sleeves used in the same plane can also be different.
- the essentially zigzag-shaped profiling of the individual lamellae prevents access or passage from the inner opening side to the outer opening side, as a result of which no objects can be displaced through the lattice lamellae or the flow channels defined by the lamellae. Direct penetration is prevented by bump-like elevations shown with 14 1 , 14 2 , 14 3 etc., which result from the profiling or punching of the slats 6 1 , 6 2 etc.
- the individual Slats running essentially in a horizontal plane provided while the struts 3, 4 in the vertical direction are arranged.
- This arrangement can be 90 ° if necessary rotated.
- the struts 3, 4 can also in irregular distribution within the property security grid be arranged.
- triangular lamella parts 18 1 , 18 2 are provided in sections and at a horizontal distance from one another in profile, which are aligned with the elevations 14 1 , 14 2 etc. of the lamellae above and form a Define the zag-shaped configuration of the flow channels in the lowest flow channel.
- struts or tubes 3, 4 in the in Fig. 1st Embodiments shown also used plug-in bolts. be a bracing of the pipes or struts 3, 4 enable and welding work compared to the surrounding frame 1, 1 ' make it superfluous.
- the profiling of the slats used is not limited to the form shown, rather let any profiles and any distances between use the slats depending on the safety requirements.
- the entire arrangement can also be rotated by 90 ° so that the struts 3, 4 horizontally come to rest and the slats aligned in the vertical direction as far as this is necessary.
- FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of a preferred embodiment of the spacer sleeves 11 used in the object security grid.
- the sleeves are flanged at both ends, which results in a relatively wide support edge 13 in relation to the sleeves 11 according to FIG.
- the lamellae 6 rest on this support edge 13 in the region of their openings 8 1 , 8 2 etc., as is indicated in FIG. 2.
- This comparatively large contact surface between the fins 6 and the sleeves 11 ensures that in the event of an explosion of an explosive charge between the fins, the fins can expand greatly, for example in the vertical direction in FIG. 1, without sliding over the spacer sleeves 11.
- the fins 6 can bend strongly or absorb high energy without sliding over the sleeves 11.
- the frame 1 in essential U-shaped profile and closes at its two Outside edges with the grid.
- slats 6 1 , 6 2 , etc., on the one opening surface are curved in the manner described above, slats 23 1 , 23 3 , etc., which are essentially straight, are provided on the opposite side.
- FIG Object security grid according to the invention essentially the same basic concept as that in connection with Figure 1 is described.
- the same parts are the same in FIG Reference numerals as in Figure 1 provided. In this respect, one repeated description of these parts already explained waived.
- an additional reinforcement for the mentioned slats 6 1 , 6 2 etc. is provided at the inlet or outlet opening, which is defined by the slats 6 1 , 6 2 , 6 3 .
- This reinforcement is achieved by a wire mesh 25 which runs essentially parallel to the zones defined by the lamellae 6, 14, 23.
- the outward-facing end edges of the individual lamellae 6 1 , 6 2 , 6 3 are firmly welded to the wire mesh 25, as is shown, for example, by reference number 26.
- FIG. 3 is in the embodiment 3, at least the upper plate 1 ', optionally also the lower plate 1 with openings 26 'and 26 respectively.
- the individual struts 3, 4 are inserted.
- the openings 26, 26 ' also serve after the installation of the Struts 3, 4 pour these struts 3, 4 with polymer concrete.
- the object security grids according to FIGS. 1 and 3 are preferably installed in such a way that the Slats 6 are directed to the outside while the slats 23 point into the building.
- FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of a Physical protection grid. So far in the embodiment FIG. 4 the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3 the same parts are used.
- the object security grid according to FIG. 4 has a first, outer zone which is formed by the slats 6, after which the strut 3 connects to the interior of the building.
- the second zone formed by the lamellae 14 in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 and 3, is interrupted and accommodates a demister 30.
- the slats 14 1 , 14 2 , 14 3 run obliquely from the strut 3 in the direction of the demister 30 downwards.
- the zone defined by the slats 23 1 , 23 2 , 23 3 etc. adjoins the demister 30 on the inside of the building.
- the demister 30, which is preferably in the form of a steel mesh has the purpose of withdrawing liquid from the through the Object safety grid passed through flow.
- a wire mesh 25 is provided, such as this is described in connection with Figure 3 and which in addition to the protective function, the stabilization of the Lamella 6 causes, as described, on her after outside facing end edge welded to the wire mesh 25 are.
- the object security grid shown in FIG. 4 has one Corner frame 1 ', which extends into the masonry Bolt 32 is provided for the purpose of anchoring in the masonry.
- the frame plate 2 is in the embodiment according to FIG. 4 for example by means of a weld 34 with the Corner frame 1 connected.
- no lower slat parts 18 1 , 18 2 are provided, but preferably largely continuous slats 6 1 corresponding to the slats 6 1 , 6 2 etc.
- the one have flanged edge results advantageously a larger contact area compared to the patch Lamellae 6. This means that in the event of a detonation due to one inserted between the slats Explosive device, the slats can expand as they not so compared to spacer elements without a flanged edge can quickly pull over the spacers or sleeves. This will result in greater energy consumption in the event of a Detonation reached.
- Object security grille with a frame and inside the Frame arranged, substantially parallel to each other extending, at least partially profiled slats, the are stored by means of struts or the like.
- the slats are provided with openings to accommodate the struts. Adjacent slats are due to the on the struts placed spacers spaced.
- the Spacers are flanged at both ends Edges formed.
