Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Verpackungsmaschinen, insbesondere Zigaretten-Verpackungsmaschinen, die Förderorgane, Faltaggregate, insbesondere Faltrevolver (10), Packungstrockner, insbesondere Trockenrevolver (19), und weitere Organe aufweisen, wobei Packungsinhalt - Zigarettengruppe - und Zuschnitte aus Verpackungsmaterial zur Herstellung von Packungen die Verpackungsmaschine durchlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle von Packungsinhalt - Zigarettengruppe - und/oder Verpackungsmaterial Reinigungsorgane, Reinigungselemente oder Reinigungskörper (22) durch die Verpackungsmaschine hindurchgefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungskörper (22) eine dem Packungsinhalt - Zigarettenblock - oder der Packung entsprechende Form und Abmessung aufweisen, derart, daß die Reinigungskörper (22) mit reinigenden Außenflächen oder mit Reinigungselementen an Flächen von Organen der Verpackungsmaschine anliegen und durch Förderbewegung reinigen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle von Reinigungskörpern (22) oder mit diesen flächig ausgebildete Reinigungselemente, insbesondere Reinigungszuschnitte (35) durch die Verpackungsmaschine hindurchgeleitet werden, wobei die Reinigungszuschnitte (35) wie Verpackungszuschnitte an Flächen und Organen der Verpackungsmaschine anliegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsorgane und -elemente, insbesondere (verformbare) Reinigungskörper (22) und/oder Reinigungszuschnitte (35) mit einem Reinigungsmittel beschichtet und/oder getränkt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im wesentlichen quaderförmige Reinigungskörper (22) durch einen Taschenförderer (12) transportiert, an einen Faltrevolver (10) mit Faltdornen (15) übergeben und in die Faltdorne (15) eingeschoben werden und daß auf der Außenseite der Faltdorne mindestens ein Reinigungszuschnitt (35) angeordnet und gefaltet wird, wobei eine Einheit aus Reinigungskörper (22) und Reinigungszuschnitt (35) vom Faltdorn (15) abgezogen und einem Trockenrevolver (19) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während einer Unterbrechungsphase für die Fertigung von Packungen Reinigungselemente bzw. Reinigungskörper (22) in Gruppen, insbesondere mit je vier Reinigungskörpern (22), derart in die Verpackungsmaschine eingeführt werden, daß im Bereich eines Trockenrevolvers (19) mehrere in Umfangsrichtung benachbarte Trockenschächte (20) nacheinander mit Reinigungskörpern (22) vollständig gefüllt werden und daß bei einer nachfolgenden Reinigungsphase andere benachbarte Trockenschächte (20) in gleicher Weise mit Reinigungskörpern (22) beschickt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß quaderförmige Reinigungskörper (22) aus einem formbaren Kern bestehen, insbesondere aus Schaumstoff, Moosgummi oder dergleichen und daß der Kern (23) von einer Umhüllung (24) aus saugfähigem Material umgeben ist, insbesondere einem Vliesstoff, Filz oder Tissue-Material.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Reinigungskörper (22) an Außenflächen Reinigungselemente aufweisen, insbesondere Bürsten (28).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Reinigungszuschnitte (35) von einer Materialbahn (36) entsprechenden Materials abgetrennt werden, insbesondere im Bereich einer dem Faltrevolver (10) zugeordneten Zuschnittstation (17) für Verpackungszuschnitte, wobei die Reinigungszuschnitte (35) vor Übergabe an den Faltrevolver (10), insbesondere im Bereich einer Zuführungswalze (37), mit Reinigungsmittel beschichtet oder getränkt werden.
- Verpackungsmaschine zum Herstellen von Packungen, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen, mit Förderorganen, Faltaggregaten, insbesondere Faltrevolvern, Packungstrocknern, insbesondere Trockenrevolvern und weiteren Organen, wobei zur Fertigung der Packungen Packungsinhalt - Zigarettengruppen - und Zuschnitte aus Verpackungsmaterial durch die Organe hindurchförderbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Faltaggregat (10) eine Zuschnittstation (17) zugeordnet ist zur Herstellung und Zuführung von Packungszuschnitten, wobei einem Übergabeorgan der Zuschnitte an den Faltrevolver (10), insbesondere einer Zuführungswalze (37), eine Einrichtung zur Beschichtung von Reinigungszuschnitten (35) mit Reinigungsmaterial zugeordnet ist, insbesondere bestehend aus einem Behälter (39) zur Aufnahme des Reinigungsmaterials und einer Entnahmewalze (40) zur Entnahme von Reinigungsmaterial aus dem Behälter (39) und zur Übergabe an einen Reinigungszuschnitt (35) im Bereich der Zuführungswalze (37).
