Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for recording and Treating a dirt substrate, especially when cleaning sewers absorbable sludge, with one with the dirt substrate actable, preferably in a barrel-shaped Container-housed, drainable dirt holding space, the solid outlet arranged near the ground in the area of one side has to which a dispensing member is assigned, by means of the solids of which can be transported out of the protective receiving space are.
- a device of this type by means of which in the dirt substrate contained sediments from the contaminating them Floating substances freed and discharged in a cleaned state can be found in German patent application 195 38 848 known.
- this known arrangement one is in the lower Apex area of the barrel-shaped dirt holding space continuous over the length of the dirt holding space screw conveyor assigned to the solids outlet provided when the solids outlet is open as a spreading device and otherwise as Mixing and movement organ acts through which the mixing and movement of the dirt substrate are supported.
- the lower vertex area of the barrel-shaped dirt holding space is here as a channel assigned to the screw conveyor educated.
- the side flanks of this gutter have a comparatively flat slope to a given clear width of the Dirt receiving room does not have a predetermined clear height exceed. The result of this is that on the side flanks Deposits can form, which is bad when mixed Mixing effect results and when spreading to the formation of vaulted Bridges can cause complete emptying is hindered.
- Discharge device independent of at least two in operation of which can be activated over the length of the dirt holding space continuous, lateral longitudinal conveyors flanked is, each one in the area of the floor of the dirt holding space arranged gutter is assigned, the gutters in front and rear end portions of the dirt holding space are interconnected by cross-connection shafts, and that the length of the discharge member is at least the width of the Solid exit corresponds to the adjacent cross-connection shaft.
- Discharge device and the lateral longitudinal conveyors as shaftless Screw conveyors are formed. This ensures that even comparatively large stones without the risk of constraining forces be promoted. There is also a shaftless screw no danger of infiltration, making the one to be overcome Resistance remains comparatively low, so that comparatively low drive torques are sufficient.
- the lateral longitudinal conveying elements can expediently form Screws are driven at both ends, causing the Distortion and thus the stress even with a light construction can be kept within permissible limits.
- Another advantageous measure can be that the conveyor screws forming the lateral longitudinal conveyor elements Spreading operations are driven so that their upper peripheral halves towards the cross-sectional center of the dirt holding space rotate. This ensures that the outer flanks of the assigned channels are reliably cleared.
- the sewer cleaning vehicle on which the drawings are based contains a container arrangement accommodated on a vehicle chassis 1. This contains a middle, barrel-shaped container 2, the box-shaped one that extends across the entire width of the vehicle Container 3 is partially embedded.
- the box-shaped container 3 serves as a water tank for holding rinse water, by means of one of which is not shown here, is to be cleaned Channel lowerable clearing hose can be acted upon.
- the barrel-shaped container 2 contains a dirt receiving space 4, in which the sewer cleaning Thrown-in dirt-water mixture thrown in from the sewer and a return chamber separated from it by an overflow weir 5 6, whose function is described in more detail below becomes.
- the container 3 acting as a rinsing water tank can also be used Water from the sludge receiving space 4 can be reloaded, if one is equipped with an appropriate cleaning device Reloading device is provided. How it works and the components of a sewer cleaning vehicle required for this are known per se and therefore need this Connection no longer explains.
- the dirt introduced into the dirt holding space 4 is in Floating substances that are contaminants like Feces and the like, and in sediments where it are sediments such as sand, stones and the like, Cut.
- the floating substances that pose no danger to you Clogging a channel represent will be in the channel system returned. That of those formed by the floating substances Contamination frees sediments that clog a channel would be held back. These can be the result of their cleaning easily deposited on a landfill or as recycling material, for example, used in road construction, etc.
- the dirt-water mixture introduced into the dirt-receiving space 4 is first drained.
- This water can either unexplained in the canal or after appropriate cleaning can be used as rinsing water.
- the remaining dirt is cleaned with a clean one Rinsed water, set in motion and preferably additionally charged with air.
- the floating substances separate from the suspended matter and float upwards, as indicated by arrows 8 in FIG. 1.
- the floating floating substances form one on the water surface overlying floating layer 9.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 is provided with an outlet 10, the opening for Floating substances are permeable. Via the outlet 10, the content the return chamber 6 run or depressed and suitable Lines are returned to the channel.
- the tilting process described above to remove the Floating layer 9 can be repeated several times.
- the flush with clean water is maintained until only clean water overflows into the return chamber 6.
- FIG. 1 For tilting the container arrangement, as FIG. 1 further shows, Lifting units 11 are provided, by means of which the entire Container arrangement can be raised. Expediently can on the front and rear end of the container assembly lifting units 11 are provided be so that a rocking movement can be achieved by which the movement of the contents of the dirt holding space 4 is supported.
- As another mixing and moving device are in the dirt holding space 4 two over its entire length continuous, in upwardly open, bottom-side channels 12 arranged screw conveyors 13 are provided. The two of each other are spaced channels 12, as in FIGS. 2 and 3 can be removed in the area of the front and rear ends of the Dirt receiving space 4 through cross-connection shafts 14 with each other connected and in between by one according to FIG. 1 roof-shaped tunnel web 15 separated from each other.
- Tunnel web 15 simply ends at the width of the cross-connection shafts shortened.
- the lateral flanks of the channels 12 rise comparatively steeply, as in Figure 1 by the angle ⁇ is indicated.
- the longitudinal conveyor screws 13 are designed as shaftless screws, that are driven at both ends, as by the indicated in Figures 2 and 3 drive units 16 is. These can be hydraulic motors.
- the shaftless design of the longitudinal screw conveyors 13 ensures that stones up to one corresponding to the screw pitch Diameters are easy to transport. It also ensures that the snails cannot be infiltrated what would increase the resistance.
- the longitudinal screw conveyors 13 are reversibly drivable. To the Mixing and moving the contents of the dirt holding space 4 the two longitudinal screws 13 are driven so that opposite directions of funding arise. In the area of the cross-connection shafts 14 the conveyed goods are handed over, so that there is all-round funding.
- For introducing rinse water and air in the dirt holding space 4 are in one arranged in the upper container area manifolds 17, 18 outgoing, led down along the container wall Stub lines 19, 20 are provided, the ends of which also run into the channels 12 directed into it, tangentially affecting the screw conveyors 13
- the Dirt storage room 4 still clean water and that of the Sediments cleaned of floating materials.
- the water is over the Outlet 7 drained. This can be like the original dirty water used to recharge the rinse water tank or in the Channel can be returned.
- the cleaned sediments are via one at the rear, opposite the overflow weir 5 End of the dirt-receiving space 14 provided solid outlet 21 carried out.
- To form the solids outlet 21 is the Overflow weir 5 opposite end wall of the container 2 with provided a central hole near the floor, which is connected by means of a slide 22 can be closed.
- the slide 22 is inside the dirt receiving space 4 arranged and by means of an outside pivoting device 23 arranged therefrom can be actuated.
- the the hole forming the solids outlet 21 is an outwardly projecting hole Assigned connecting piece 24 to the for emptying the Dirt receiving space 4 an extension piece 25 can be attached is as shown in Figure 3.
- a tube 27 may be arranged, which is connected to a corresponding Opening of the output end plate 15a of the Tunnel web 15 connects.
- the spreading screw 26 is useful also designed as a shaftless screw into which the Drive is initiated at the inner end. This is the inside End of the spreading screw 26 into the receiving tube 27 engaging rod 28, the outer length of which is approximately axially displaceable corresponds to the spreading screw 26, with a Drive motor 29 connected, which is also a Hydraulic motor can act.
- a console 30 added, which is designed here as a hydraulic cylinder Shift unit 31 is attached. With the help of the sliding unit can the spreading screw 26 in the axial direction in the receiving tube 27 indented or extended from this become.
- both lateral longitudinal screw conveyors 13 When removing the cleaned sediments from the dirt holding area 4 convey both lateral longitudinal screw conveyors 13 towards the solids outlet 21.
- the longitudinal conveyor screws 13 are designed so that their upper circumferential half in this mode of operation from the outer flank flank to Container cross-section center rotates, creating the outer flank flank is reliably cleared.
