Claims (11)
- Siebelement für Entwässerungsmulden oder für Vorrichtungen zur Wasserrückgewinnung in Strassen- und Kanalreinigungsfahrzeugen, umfassend eine im Einbauzustand im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete Siebplatte (54,154) mit einer Vielzahl systematisch angeordneter Rieseldurchbrüche (17,117), die in parallel beabstandeten, horizontal verlaufenden und übereinander angeordneten Zeilen (55,155) vorgesehen sind und die von Abschirmelementen (18,118) abgeschirmt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmelemente (18,118) unter einem Anstellwinkel (β), der im Bereich von 30° bis 60° liegt, vordachartig von der Siebplatte (54,154) geradlinig schräg nach unten abstehend angeordnet sind und die Rieseldurchbrüche vordachartig abschirmen, wodurch Entwässerungsgut oder Reinigungsgut (56,156) sich nicht unmittelbar vor den Rieseldurchbrüchen anlagern kann, sondern sich in der keilförmigen Ecke zwischen der Siebplatte und dem Abschirmelement (18,118) ein Rieselkanal bildet, der auch dann bestehen bleibt, wenn der Pegel des Reinigungsguts oberhalb des jeweiligen Rieselkanals steht.
- Siebelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rieseldurchbrüche (17,117) in der Siebplatte als Bohrungen oder Schlitze ausgestaltet sind, wobei die Rieseldurchbrüche von den Zeilen (55,155) in der Nähe des Bodens (19) nach oben hin zunehmend grösser gestaltet sein können.
- Siebelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmelemente (18,118) durch Verstärkungen gegen Verbiegen und Deformation geschützt sind.
- Siebelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rieseldurchbrüche (17,117) mit einem Siebgeflecht abgedeckt sind.
- Entwässerungsmulde mit einem Boden und mehreren Aussenwänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine komplette Aussenwand oder ein horizontaler oder vertikaler Wandstreifen oder eine Muldenecke bzw. in fensterartiger Anordnung ein Siebelement gemäss einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche vorgesehen wird.
- Strassenreinigungsfahrzeug mit einem Siebelement gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 als Siebwand (14) zur Abteilung zwischen einem Kehrgutbehälter (1) und einem Rieselschacht (15), und mit einem Absetzbecken (22), welchem das mittels der Siebwand (14) abgeschiedene Wasser zur weiteren Reinigung zugeführt wird, wobei das Absetzbecken (22) eine sich nach unten unter einem Konuswinkel (α) verengende Bodenplatte (24) und eine daran anschliessende Vertikalwand (27) besitzt, die gemeinsam eine Behälterecke (28) bilden, und wobei vom Beckenzulauf (23) bis fast in die Behälterecke (28) ein schräg abwärts weisendes Leitelement (29) eingebaut ist, das sich unter einem Leitelementenöffnungswinkel (γ) haubenartig aufspannt.
- Strassenreinigungsfahrzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die konische Bodenplatte (24) eine Senke (25) gebildet wird, an deren unterster Position ein Ablassorgan (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei sich im Absetzbecken (22) unten eine Feststoffschicht (62) und darüber eine Wasserschicht (63) bildet, und wobei das Wasser durch ein Überleitungsrohr (30), dessen Stutzen über dem Leitelement (29) nahe der Vertikalwand (27) und der Behälterecke (28) ansetzt und in einen Brauchwassertank (31) führt, aus dem Absetzbecken (22) abgezogen und in den Brauchwassertank (31) geleitet und somit dem Kehrgut (56) entzogen wird und erneut im Kreislauf Verbrauchern (48,49,50) des Strassenreinigungsfahrzeugs zur Verfügung steht.
- Strassenreinigungsfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Konuswinkel (α) zwischen 60° und 150° beträgt und das Leitelement (29) einstückig deckelförmig ausgebildet ist oder aus mehreren Flächensegmenten besteht, wobei der Leitelementenöffnungswinkel (γ) zwischen 60° und 120° beträgt.
- Kanalreinigungsfahrzeug mit einem Siebelement gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 als Siebwand zur Abteilung zwischen einem Reinigungsbehälter (1010) und einer Rieselkammer (115), und mit einem Absetzbecken (122), welchem das mittels der Siebwand (14) abgeschiedene Wasser zur weiteren Reinigung zugeführt wird, wobei das Absetzbecken (122) eine sich nach unten unter einem Konuswinkel (α) verengende Bodenplatte (24) und eine daran anschliessende Vertikalwand (27) besitzt, die gemeinsam eine Behälterecke (28) bilden, und wobei vom Beckenzulauf (23) bis fast in die Behälterecke (28) ein schräg abwärts weisendes Leitelement (129) eingebaut ist, das sich unter einem Leitelementenöffnungswinkel (γ) haubenartig aufspannt.
- Kanalreinigungsfahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die konische Bodenplatte (24) eine Senke (125) gebildet wird, an deren unterster Position ein Ablassorgan (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei sich im Absetzbecken (122) unten eine Feststoffschicht (162) und darüber eine Wasserschicht (163) bildet, und wobei das Wasser durch ein Überleitungsrohr (130), dessen Stutzen über dem Leitelement (29) nahe der Vertikalwand (27) und der Behälterecke (28) ansetzt und in einen Brauchwassertank (131) führt, aus dem Absetzbecken (122) abgezogen und in den Brauchwassertank (131) geleitet und somit dem Reinigungsgut (156) entzogen wird und erneut im Kreislauf einem Verbraucher (150) des Kanalreinigungsfahrzeugs zur Verfügung steht.
- Kanalreinigungsfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Konuswinkel (α) zwischen 60° und 150° beträgt und das Leitelement (129) einstückig deckelförmig ausgebildet ist oder aus mehreren Flächensegmenten besteht, wobei der Leitelementenöffnungswinkel (γ) zwischen 60° und 120° beträgt.
