Claims (2)
- Messerringzerspaner für Hackschnitzel1.1 mit einem fest auf einer Achse angeordneten Messerring (2), der einen Kranz von Messern sowie zur Zerspaner-Längsachse konzentrische Tragringe (2.1, 2.2) aufweist;1.2 mit einem Gehäuse (30), das den Messerring (2) zum Teil umschließt, und eine Rückwand (30.1), einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Mantel (30.2) sowie eine der Rückwand (30.1) gegenüberliegende Tür (30.4) zum Ausfahren eines Rotors (20) aufweist1.3 mit einem auf der Achse drehbar gelagerten Rotor (20), der vom Messerring (2) umschlossen ist, und der Schaufeln (20.1) sowie diese tragende Stirnwände (20.2, 20.3);1.4 im Bereich einer jeden Stirnwand (20.2, 20.3) des Rotors (20) sowie des zugehörenden der beiden Tragringe (2.1, 2.2) des Messerringes (2) ist jeweils ein Verschleißdichtring (40, 50) vorgesehen.1.5 die axial innere Kante eines jeden Verschleißdichtringes (40, 50) liegt wenigstens annähernd in derselben achssenkrechten Ebene wie die axiale Innenkante des zugehörenden Tragringes (2.1, 2.2) des Messerringes (2); gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:1.6 der im Türbereich vorgesehene Verschleißdichtring (50) ist an der Tür (30.4) befestigt;1.7 der im Bereich der Rückwand (30.1) vorgesehene Verschleißdichtring (40) ist mittelbar oder unmittelbar an der Rückwand (30.1) selbst befestigt.
- Messerringzerspaner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der beiden Verschleißdichtringe (40, 50) auf seiner Innenseite mit Segmenten (60.1, 60.2, 60.3, 60.4) aus verschleißfestem Material belegt ist.
