Description

刀环切削器
本发明涉及一种切碎琐碎物品用的刀环切削器,其具有一个固定安装在轴上的刀环和一个部分环绕刀环的外壳,一转子可旋转地支承在轴上。
在已知的刀环切削器中,刀环固定安装在外壳内的轴上。此外,在此水平轴上可旋转地支承一个转子,例如一离心叶轮形式的转子。刀环包括一圆环形支架,在支架的周缘安装多个带有刀片的构件,使这些构件互相构成一个排屑间隙。
在此类切削器中,在旋转的转子和固定的刀环之间的区域内老是出问题。在刀环两个支承环的区域内存在间隙。在转子旋转时碎屑可能通过间隙游移并到达排放腔。碎屑的尺寸是变化的。因此也会发生尺寸过大的碎屑进入排放腔。这是不希望的,因为这样一来切削质量不再是均匀的。
在DE9307371 U1中示出并描述了一种刀环切削器,其中,在转子每个端壁和刀环两个支承环中有关的那一个的区域内分别设有一个磨损密封环。然而在这种情况下上述磨损密封环分别固定在转子端面。因此,在刀环两个支承环的区域内存在间隙。当转子旋转时碎屑可通过此间隙,这是不希望的。
本发明的目的是设计一种刀环切削器,使得不再会有任何碎屑通过在转子与刀环支承环之间的间隙。
本发明的目的是通过这样一种切碎琐碎物品用的刀环切削器来实现的,其具有:
1.1一个固定安装在一轴上的刀环,该刀环具有一圈刀片和与切削器纵轴线同心的支承环;
1.2一个外壳,它部分围绕着刀环并具有一后壁、基本上呈圆柱形的一外套和处于后壁相对位置用于取出转子的一门;
1.3一个可旋转地支承在轴上的转子,它被刀环围绕并具有叶片以及装叶片的端壁;
1.4在转子每一个端壁以及刀环两个支承环中有关的那一个的区域内,分别设有一磨损密封环;
1.5每一个磨损密封环沿轴向的内边缘至少近似于处在与刀环有关支承环轴向内边缘相同的那个垂直于轴线的平面内;其中,
1.6设在门区的磨损密封环固定在门上;
1.7设在后壁区的磨损密封环间接或直接地固定在后壁本身上。
采用本发明的磨损密封环可实现:通过确定磨损密封环的尺寸,沿刀环每个支承环的全部轴向宽度形成一个固定的间隙。磨损密封环的尺寸可按这样的方式确定,即,使它无间隙地贴靠着刀环支承环的内边缘。因此上述问题以出奇简单的方法得到解决。
下面借助于附图进一步说明本发明,附图中:
图1为示出刀环切削器主要部件的一轴向剖面图;
图2为本发明刀环切削器被剖切后的侧视图及其局部的轴向剖视图。
刀环切削器包括刀环2,它被固定安装在外壳30内的一个在图中没有具体表示的轴上。
外壳30包括后壁30.1、外套30.2、前壁30.3以及装在前壁30.3内的门30.4。
转子20有许多叶片20.1。叶片绕转子轴线均匀分布地设置。叶片20.1固定在端壁20.2和前侧的端壁20.3中,其中端壁20.2处于外壳30后壁30.1的区域内,而端壁20.3则在门30.4的区域内。
刀环2有两个支承环2.1和2.2。其中一个支承环2.1在外壳30后壁30.1附近,另一个支承环2.2在门30.4的附近。准确地说,刀环2后壁侧的支承环2.1至少近似于在与转子20后壁侧端壁20.2相同的那个轴向平面内。刀环2门侧的支承环2.2以相同的方式至少近似于在与转子20门侧端壁20.3相同的那个轴向平面内。
重要的构件是磨损密封环40和50。磨损密封环40通过其他构件作中间连接固定在外壳30的后壁30.1上。磨损密封环50可调式地固定在门30.4上。这两个磨损密封环40和50紧密地连接在两个支承环2.1和2.2上。因此在磨损密封件40和50与支承环2.1和2.2之间碎屑不可能通过。
还可以看出,在本实施例中,刀环2支承环2.1和2.2的轴向内表面、磨损密封环40和50的内表面以及转子的端壁20.1和20.2的内表面都在同一个垂直于轴线的平面内。因此,这两个磨损密封环40和50沿轴向看至少基本上与两个支承环2.1和2.2重叠。
前部磨损密封环50固定在门30.4上还有另一个优点:即,门30.4可以打开,而不必拆下磨损密封环50。这尤其在磨损密封环50被车削成球状时更是如此。这对拆卸和重新安装刀片以及对清洗刀环2都是非常有利的。还有一个优点是,刀环2可毫无困难地装在自动磨床上,而无需拆卸磨损密封环40和50。其结果是大大节省时间。
由图2可见,磨损密封环50覆盖有扇形块60.1、60.2、60.3、60.4、60.5和60.6。在本例中它们用螺钉固定在磨损密封环50的基体上。
不仅磨损密封环50可以如此设计,磨损密封环40也可以如图2所示的那样设计。

Claims (2)

1.一种切碎琐碎物品用的刀环切削器,其具有
1.1一个固定安装在一轴上的刀环(2),该刀环具有一圈刀片和与切削器纵轴线同心的支承环(2.1、2.2);
1.2一个外壳(30),它部分围绕着刀环(2)并具有一后壁(30.1)、基本上呈圆柱形的一外套(30.2)和处于后壁(30.1)相对位置用于取出转子(20)的一门(30.4);
1.3一个可旋转地支承在轴上的转子(20),它被刀环(2)围绕并具有叶片(20.1)以及装叶片的端壁(20.2、20.3);
1.4在转子(20)每一个端壁(20.2、20.3)以及刀环(2)两个支承环(2.1、2.2)中有关的那一个的区域内,分别设有一磨损密封环(40、50);
1.5每一个磨损密封环(40、50)沿轴向的内边缘至少近似于处在与刀环(2)有关支承环(2.1、2.2)轴向内边缘相同的那个垂直于轴线的平面内;
其特征在于:
1.6设在门区的磨损密封环(50)固定在门(30.4)上;
1.7设在后壁(30.1)区的磨损密封环(40)间接或直接地固定在后壁(30.1)本身上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刀环切削器,其特征在于:两个磨损密封环(40、50)中的至少一个在其内侧覆盖有用耐磨材料制的扇形块(60.1,60.2,60.3,60.4)。
