Claims (7)
- Maschine (1) zum Schneiden eines Gutsstrangs (2) in Scheiben mit einer Schneideinrichtung (7), die ein Kreismesser (10) aufweist, mit einer Zuführeinrichtung (4) für den zu schneidenden Gutsstrang (2) und einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung (8) für die abgeschnittenen Scheiben (3), die mindestens eine Aufstandsfläche (19) aufweist, auf der die abgeschnittenen Scheiben von der Schneideinrichtung (7) weg bewegbar sind, wobei die vom Gutsstrang (2) abgeschnittenen Scheiben (3) mit ihrer Unterseite im Wesentlichen aufrecht auf der Aufstandsfläche (19) stehen und mittels einer Stützeinrichtung gegen Umfallen gesichert sind und sich die Zuführeinrichtung (4) und die Vorschubrichtung im Wesentlichen horizontal gegen die im Wesentlichen vertikale Schneidebene erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreismesser (10) an einem drehbaren Antriebsarm (11) rotiert und dass die Aufstandsfläche (19) mit der Vorschubrichtung des Gutsstrangs einen solchen Winkel (α) einschließt, dass zwischen den abgeschnittenen Scheiben (3) und der Schnittfläche des Gutsstrangs (2) ein keilförmiger Spalt für den Antriebsarm (11) der Schneideinrichtung (7) gebildet wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gehäuse (12) des Antriebsarms (11) in einem parallel zur Vorschubrichtung verlaufenden Längsschnitt keilförmig ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen der Aufstandsfläche (19) und der Vorschubrichtung zwischen 5° und 15°, vorzugsweise 10°, beträgt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Übergang von einer Aufstandsfläche (23) der Zuführeinrichtung (4) zu der Aufstandsfläche (19) der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (8) eine in Vorschubrichtung abfallende Stufe (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Stufe (24) zwischen 5 mm und 30 mm beträgt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Aufstandsfläche (23) der Zuführeinrichtung (4) mit ihrer zur Messerebene parallelen Stirnseite so weit in Vorschubrichtung erstreckt, dass eine Oberkante (18) der Stimseite eine Gegenschneide zur Schneidkante (17) des Kreismessers (10) bildet.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (13) des Antriebsarms (11) oberhalb des Förderquerschnitts des Gutsstrangs angeordnet ist.
