Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten, insbesondere Wurst, Schinken, Käse und dergleichen, mit einer Produktauflage (10), einem in einer Schneidebene (S) umlaufenden Messer (14) und einer Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20), die das freie Ende (22) einer Endlosbahn (24) vor das vordere Ende der Produktauflage (10) führt, um ein Zwischenblatt zwischen aufgeschnittenen Produktscheiben bereitzustellen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) eine Drucklufteinrichtung (40) aufweist, die Druckluft in einen Bereich zwischen Endlosbahn (22, 24) und Schneidebene (S) einbringt und zwischen der Endlosbahn (22, 24) und der in der Schneidebene (S) befindlichen Produktfläche einen Unterdruck (P2) erzeugt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) zumindest einen Luftaustritt (43) aufweist, der etwa rechtwinklig zur Schneidebene (S) orientiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführennrichtung (20) zumindest einen Luftaustritt (43) aufweist, der sich - in der Schneidebene (S) gesehen - etwa über den gesamten Bereich der Produktauflage (10) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Austritt (36) für die Endlosbahn (24) aufweist, der vorzugsweise im Bereich der Schneidebene (S) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
ein Austritt (36) der Endlosbahn (24) und ein Luftaustritt (43) der Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) unter einem Winkel von etwa 30° bis 40°, vorzugsweise etwa 35°, zueinander orientiert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) einen Austritt (36) für die Endlosbahn aufweist, der gleichzeitig als Gegenschneide (38) für die Endlosbahn dient. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) eine Antriebsrolle oder -walze (30) aufweist, die den Vorschub der Endlosbahn (24) bewirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenblattzuführeinrichtung (20) oberhalb der Produktauflage (10) angeordnet ist.
