Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablängen von Holz, insbesondere von Baumstämmen, mit einer in einem Gehäuse, das wenigstens eine Aufgabeöffnung und eine Abgabeöffnung aufweist, angeordneten motorisch antreibbaren, wenigstens eine Schneide aufweisenden Schneideinrichtung, mittels welcher das zum Schneiden gegengelagerte Holz trennbar ist, wobei die Schneideinrichtung (1) eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Scheibe (2) umfasst, auf welcher die Schneide (3) vorspringend angeordnet ist, wobei die Schneide (3) spiralförmig verlaufend ausgebildet ist und einen konstanten Abstand zur Scheibe aufweist, und dass im Bereich der Aufgabeöffnung (5) eine wandförmige, das Holz gegenlagernde Platte (8) oder dergleichen angeordnet ist, die sich unter einem Winkel bis nahe an die Schneide (3) erstreckt, so dass bei angetriebener Schneideinrichtung (1) das Holz (6) unter gleichzeitiger Zerteilung selbständig förderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Windungen der spiralförmigen Schneide (3) gleichbleibend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneide (3) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse (D) aus der Scheibenebene vorspringt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich vorzugsweise vom äußeren Rand der Scheibe (2) nach innen windende Schneide (3) in einem Bereich außerhalb der Scheibenmitte und damit der Drehachse (D) endet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (2) im wesentlichen vertikal angeordnet ist, und die Aufgabeöffnung (5) derart angeordnet sind, dass das Holz (6) im wesentlichen horizontal zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch an der Schneideinrichtung (1) vorgesehene Elemente (7), mittels denen derart auf das bereits teilweise eingeschnittene Holz einwirkbar ist, dass der noch nicht geschnittene Teil bricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (7) als sich zwischen der Scheibenoberfläche und der zur Scheibenmitte weisenden Schneidenwand erstreckende Keile oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Windung der auf der Scheibe (2) angeordneten Schneide (3) entsprechend der maximalen Stärke des zu schneidenden Holzes gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ablängen von Holz, insbesondere von Baumstämmen, mit einer in einem Gehäuse, das wenigstens eine Aufgabeöffnung und eine Abgabeöffnung aufweist, angeordneten motorisch antreibbaren, wenigstens eine Schneide aufweisenden Schneideinrichtung, mittels welcher das zum Schneiden gegengelagerte Holz trennbar ist, wobei die Schneide (15) der Schneideinrichtung (13) schneckenförmig verlaufend ausgebildet ist und die Schneideinrichtung eine Schneckenwelle (14) ist, wobei die Schneide (15) an der schraubenförmigen Windung der Schneckenwelle (14) ausgebildet ist und einen konstanten Abstand zur Schneckenachse aufweist, und dass im Bereich der Aufgabeöffnung (16) eine wandförmige, das Holz gegenlagernde Platte (17) oder dergleichen angeordnet ist, die sich unter einem Winkel bis nahe an die Schneide (15) erstreckt, so dass bei angetriebener Schneideinrichtung (13) das Holz (18) unter gleichzeitiger Zerteilung selbständig förderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneckenwelle (14) im wesentlichen horizontal angeordnet ist, und die Aufgabeöffnung (16) derart angeordnet ist, dass das Holz (18) von oben auf die Schneckenwelle (14) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch an der Schneideinrichtung (13) vorgesehene Elemente (19), mittels denen derart auf das bereits teilweise eingeschnittene Holz einwirkbar ist, dass der noch nicht geschnittene Teil bricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (19) als sich zwischen der Windung und dem Wellengrund erstreckende Keile oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind, die sich in Förderrichtung der Schneckenwelle (14) erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Windung der Schneckenwelle (14) entsprechend der maximalen Stärke des zu schneidenden Holzes gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens zwei in Drehrichtung der Schneideinrichtung (13) hintereinander angeordnete Aufgabeöffnungen (5, 5a).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel in Abhängigkeit von der Anzahl der Windungen und/oder dem Abstand der Windungen voneinander und/oder der Höhe der Schneide bzw. der Windung gewählt ist.
