Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum elastischen Abstützen des Kupplungsschafts einer Mittelpufferkupplung an einem Schienenfahrzeug, wobei der Kupplungsschaft sowohl in Richtung seiner Achse auf die Mittelpufferkupplung einwirkenden Zug- und/oder Stoßkräfte als auch in vertikaler Richtung gegenüber dem Schienenfahrzeug abgestützt ist, mit einem an dem Schienenfahrzeug angeordneten, zu der Mittelpufferkupplung hin offenen Gehäuse, in das der Kupplungsschaff mit einem radialen Abstand von der Innenumfangsfläche des Gehäuses koaxial hineinragt, und mit zwischen der Umfangsfläche des Gehäuses vorgespannten, federnden Ringe aus elastischem Werkstoff, die mit ihren Mittelebenen vertikal ausgerichtet und mit gegenseitigem Abstand in Kupplungsschaftlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei an der Innenumfangsfläche des Gehäuses in Kupplungsschaftlängsrichtung mit gegenseitigem Abstand hintereinander angeordnete Ringwülste gebildet sind und die Ringe jeweils in den Zwischenräumen zwischen zwei benachbarten Ringwülsten gegenüber dem Kupplungsschaft bzw. dem Gehäuse gehalten sind und das Gehäuse geteilt ausgebildet ist, wobei jeder Ring unmittelbar sowohl an der Umfangsfläche des Kupplungsschafts als auch an der Innenumfangsfläche des Gehäuses anliegt und wobei in mit Bezug auf Zug- und Stoßkräfte unbelastetem Zustand der Vorrichtung die Ringwülste des Kupplungsschafts mit den zugeordneten Ringwüsten des Gehäuses fluchten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsschaft (4) einen Bund (11) aufweist, gegen den einerseits ein Vorspannring (12) mit seiner hinteren Seite und andererseits der zur Öffnung des Gehäuses (3) nächstliegende Ring (9) mit dessen Vorderseite anliegt, wobei der Vorspannring (12) die Ringe (9) in unbelastetem Zustand der Vorrichtung in Kupplungsschaftlängsrichtung vorspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorspannring (12) die Ringe (9) in Druck- bzw. Stoßrichtung vorspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betrag der Vorspannkraft größer als die maximale, betrieblich auftretende Zugkraft vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorspannring (12) in einer umlaufenden, muldenförmigen Ausnehmung (13) des Kupplungsschafts (4) und einer gleichartigen Ausnehmung (13) des Gehäuses (3) eingelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß die Ausnehmungen (13) Anlaufschrägen (14) für den Vorspannring (12) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlaufschräge (14) des Gehäuses (3) in Richtung der Gehäuseöffnung flacher geneigt ausgebildet ist als die gegenüberliegende Anlaufschräge (14).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung der Vorrichtung in Kupplungsschaftlängsrichtung durch das Verbinden der Teile des geteilten Gehäuses (3) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung der Vorrichtung in Kupplungsschaftlängsrichtung durch ein Druckstück (15) erfolgt, das am Gehäuse (3) befestigt und abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckstück (15) eine Verstelleinrichtung zur Einstellung der Vorspannkräfte aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorspannring (12) und/oder die Ringe (9) mindestens an einer Stelle aufgetrennt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennstelle(n) des Vorspannrings (12) und/oder der Ringe (9) in der horizontalen Ebene des Kupplungsschafts (4) angeordnet ist/sind.
