Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern von Nahrungsmitteln mit einer Schneidstation (3), einem im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderer (4) zum Zuführen der Nahrungsmittel zur Schneidstation (3) und einem oberhalb des horizontalen Förderers (4) mit Abstand angeordneten Niederhalter-Förderer (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) mittels einer Vorspanneinrichtung (7, 12), deren Vorspannkraft auf einen konstanten Wert einstellbar ist, gegen auf dem Förderer (4) befindliche, zu zerkleinernde Nahrungsmittel anpreßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen horizontale Förderer (4) und/oder der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) kontinuierlich umlaufend sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspanneinrichtung (7, 12) mindestens einen Betätigungszylinder (12) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) an die Höhe des zu zerkleinernden Nahrungsmittels automatisch anpaßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) ein um eine angetriebene Rolle (21) und zwei Umlenkrollen (22, 23) geführtes Förderband (9) umfaßt, das zwischen den Umlenkrollen (22, 23) parallel zu dem im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderband (5) verläuft und zwischen der Umlenkrolle (23) und der angetriebenen Rolle (21) zusammen mit dem im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderer (4) einen sich in Förderrichtung verengenden Einlauf begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen horizontale Förderer (4) und/oder der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) ein um eine angetriebene Rolle (15, 21) geführtes Förderband (5, 9) aufweisen, wobei die angetriebene Rolle (15, 21) als Läufer eines Trommelmotors ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen horizontale Förderer (4) und/oder der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) ein um eine angetriebene Rolle (15, 21) geführtes Förderband (5, 9) aufweisen, wobei die angetriebene Rolle (15, 21) mittels einer Spanneinrichtung (19, 26) die angetriebene Rolle (15, 21) zwischen einer Spann- und einer Entspannposition verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung eine Zylinderanordnung (19, 26) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 und insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidstation (3) zwei unmittelbar aneinander anschließende Scheideinrichtungen (28, 31) aufweist, von denen die in Förderrichtung vorne befindliche (31) einen Satz von mit einer horizontalen Welle (34) rotierender Kreismesser (32) umfaßt, der von einem Gehäuse (35) abgedeckt ist, das mit der hiervon aufgenommenen Schneideinrichtung (31) um eine Achse (36) wegschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (36) vertikal verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Satz von Kreismessern (32) in einem von ihrem Antrieb (33) durch eine Zwischenwand (37) getrennten Aufnahmeraum angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeraum für den Satz von Kreismessern (32) mit einer L-förmige Klappe (40) zum Freilegen des Satzes von Kreismessern (32) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Satz von Kreismessern (32) als Modul entnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die L-förmige Klappe (40) um eine vertikale Achse (41) aufschwenkbar ist.
