Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Entzundern von Walzgut, insbesondere von Profilen, bestehend aus mindestens einem Verteilerelement (1) für das Entzunderungsmittel, von dem eine Vielzahl von Düsen (3), bestehend aus Düsenkörpern und Austrittsöffnungen, ausgehen, wobei das Walzgut an dem Verteilerelement vorbei transportiert wird,
wobei das Verteilerelement (1) drehbar gelagert und in Arbeitsdrehstellungen arretierbar ist,
wobei die Düsen (3) mehrere, voneinander beabstandet radial zum Verteilerelement angeordnete Düsenverbunde (5) bilden, die sich entlang der Drehachse des Verteilerelementes erstrecken, und
wobei jeweils einer der Düsenverbunde (5) an die Querschnittskontur eines durchlaufenden Profils (4) angepaßt ist und drehbar einstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Verteilerelement (1) um parallel verlaufende, bündelförmig zusammengefaßte Rohre (2) handelt, deren Mantelflächen Öffnungen (7) aufweisen, die die Düsen aufnehmen, wobei die einzelnen Rohre (2) unabhängig voneinander mit Entzunderungsmittel beaufschlagbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Rohre (2) mit einer eigenen Kupplungseinrichtung (15) für die Versorgungsleitung (16) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Düsenverbund (5) um eine parallel zur Verteilerelementachse verlaufende Düsenreihe handelt, deren Länge der maximalen Profilbreite entspricht, wobei das Spritzbild durch die Länge der Düsenkörper (3 a), die Anzahl der Düsen einer Düsenreihe und den Abstand der Düsen untereinander an den Profilquerschnitt angepaßt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Verteilerelemente (1 a, b), bestehend aus jeweils vier parallelen Rohrleitungen (2), vorgesehen sind, die oberhalb und unterhalb des Entzunderungsgutes so angeordnet sind, daß die Rohrachsen quer zur Durchlaufrichtung verlaufen und jedes Rohr (2) eine Düsenreihe (5) aufweist, wobei die Düsenreihen der Rohre jeweils um 90° zueinander versetzt sind und parallel zu den Rohrachsen verlaufen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Entzundermittel um Wasser oder Druckluft handelt.
