Claims (6)
- Farbkasten für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit nebeneinander angeordneten zonenbreiten Dosierelementen, die in Führungsrichtungen gelagert und auf unterschiedlichen Abstand gegenüber einer Farbkastenwalze einstellbar sind, wobei jedes Dosierelement in Achsrichtung der Farbkastenwalze gesehen Stütz-und Dosierbereiche aufweist und die Stützbereiche unabhängig voneinander unter Federdruck direkt oder indirekt an der Farbkastenwalze anliegen, wobei die Dosierbereiche keilförmig verlaufen und die Dosierelemente schwenkbar gelagert und von einer am Farbkasten befestigten elastischen Folie abdeckbar sind.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Dosierelemente (4) einen zylindrischen Dosierbereich (11, 20) aufweisen,daß beiderseits der Dosierbereiche (11, 20) an den Dosierelementen (4) Stützkörper (15, 19) angeordnet sind unddaß die Stützkörper (15, 19) an ihrem Umfang eine Abflachung (16, 21) bzw. Kontaktfläche aufweisen, mit der sie direkt oder indirekt unter Federdruck an der Mantelfläche der Farbkastenwalze (2) anliegen. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Drehpunkt der Stützkörper an den Dosierelementen (4) exzentrisch versetzt ist. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Stützkörper als Stützringe (15) ausgebildet sind, die beiderseits auf exzentrisch versetzten Zapfen (14) an den Dosierelementen (4) angeordnet sind. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Stützkörper exzentrisch versetzte Zapfen (18) aufweisen, mit denen sie in exzentrisch versetzten Bohrungen (17) in den Dosierelementen (4) drehbar gelagert sind. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abflachungen (16, 21) an den Stützkörpern (15, 19) einen Radius r nach Innen aufweisen, der etwa dem Radius der Mantelfläche der Farbkastenwalze (2) entspricht. - Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führungen (5) als Stützkörper ausgebildet sind und zur Aufnahme der Dosierelemente (4) gabelförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die gabelförmigen Enden (23) Abflachungen (16) aufweisen.
