Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'entraínement de porte par roue de friction pour une porte coulissante pour ascenseurs, formé d'au moins un battant de porte (1), déplacé linéairement ou suivant une courbe, qui est suspendu à l'aide de galets de guidage (3) et guidé au niveau d'une glissière (2), caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins des galets de guidage (3) est conçu comme un galet moteur (3') pourvu d'un moteur interne et entraínant le battant de porte (1), étant précisé qu'un corps de galet (4) contient des éléments de l'induit extérieur du moteur du galet moteur (3') tandis qu'un axe (8) relié au battant de porte (1) comporte des éléments d'un stator intérieur du moteur du galet moteur (3').
- Dispositif d'entraínement de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur du galet moteur (3') est conçu comme un moteur à courant continu à commutation électronique, l'induit extérieur se composant d'aimants permanents (5) disposés sur la circonférence intérieure du corps de galet (4) tandis que le stator intérieur se compose d'un paquet de tôles (6) fixé sur l'arbre (8) et comportant un enroulement (7).
- Dispositif d'entraínement de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur est conçu comme un moteur asynchrone triphasé, l'induit extérieur contenant un paquet de tôles annulaire avec un enroulement à court-circuit tandis que le stator intérieur comporte un paquet de tôles fixé sur l'arbre (8) avec un enroulement triphasé pourvu d'un nombre quelconque de pôles.
- Dispositif d'entraínement de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capteur de rotation avec un code barres (15) sur le galet moteur (3') et un lecteur (16) sur le battant de porte (1) et/ou un capteur linéaire avec un code barres (21) sur la glissière (2) et un lecteur (22) sur le battant de porte (1) .
- Dispositif d'entraínement de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre le galet moteur (3') et un galet libre (3") une transmission pour la transmission de force du galet moteur (3') au galet libre (3") .
