Abstract

Description

门的驱动装置

本发明涉及一用于滑动门特别是用于电梯门的摩擦轮驱动装置,它由至少一扇按直线或按曲线移动的门扇组成,该门扇用导向辊悬挂并在一导轨上被导向。

根据瑞士专利公报No.636162知道,有一种上述类型的用于滑动门的门扇的驱动装置。此驱动装置有一平行于门的导轨并旋转的轴和至少有一辊子头,该辊子头作为用导向辊子悬挂在一导轨上的门扇的随动件工作。辊子头有一在内周上分布的三个辊子,该辊子与旋转的轴成为摩擦连接。辊子轴如此布置,以使在轴旋转时,辊子头在轴上的侧向移动类似于螺母在一个旋转的丝杠上的移动。采用辊子轴的相应的不同的布置,可以得到例如两个辊子头在同一轴上的相反的运动。该轴本身用一个电动机驱动。

从结构费用与安装技术费用上看,这种驱动装置与传统的带曲柄传动或带传动的驱动装置差别不太大。由于稳定性的原因,旋转的轴必须进一步多处被支承。

瑞士专利公报NO.384404描述了另一种“用于打开和关闭滑动门的电驱动装置”。在此公开文件中同样示出了按摩擦连接工作的驱动装置,此时,驱动装置作为牵引传动装置工作,有一单独的导轨,而且其驱动装置为一锥形摩擦轮,该摩擦轮以一特殊的曲线用两侧的倒角进行实际的连接。倒角在曲线的端部产生一在锥形摩擦轮上的摩擦接触位置的轴向移动,由此对滑动门产生一相应的类似于曲线几何形状的速度曲线。

在此驱动装置中,由于牵引传动的原理,需要附加的另外有更多的空间,这样就排除了这种驱动在电梯中的应用。此外,用点支承的摩擦接触看起来只能产生有限的力的接合。

因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于滑动门的简单而紧凑的摩擦轮传动装置,该传动装置可以经济地制造并普遍地使用。

此目的将通过在权利要求1中表明其特征并用例子在说明书和附图中表示的本发明予以解决。

本发明的特点为,导向辊本身作为电动机按外转子的形式形成,还作为电动机辊子(Motorrolle),而且外转子具有导向辊的形状,该导向辊在导轨上行走。其有益的进一步结构与改进在从属权利要求中给出。

作为导向辊构成的电动机辊子有一装在固定的轴上的外转子,它在内周上装有永久磁铁。

固定的轴与其携带的门扇连在一起并载有一缠绕的内定子组。绕组的接头在轴的内部通向外面。

辊子电动机最好做成具有电子转换器的永久磁极直流电动机。

作为其它的电动机类型,可以采用具有调频的异步交流电动机,此时,外转子有一具有短路鼠茏绕组的环形叠板组,静止的内定子有一交流绕组。

采用在电动机辊子上的回转传感器和/或在导轨上的直线传感器,可以用一在门扇上的光电读数器得到用于速度调节和行程调节的反馈信号。

借助一传动装置可以将力从电动机辊子传至行走辊子上。

下面将根据实施例详细说明本发明并在附图中予以表示。图中:图1示出了具有电动机辊子和行走辊子的门扇的正视图,图2示出了经过辊子电动机的剖视图,以及图3示出了具有电动机辊子和行走辊子的伸缩式滑动门的俯视图。

在图1中,用1代表一滑动门的一个门扇。门扇1用辊子3悬挂在一导轨2上并用后者导向。在辊子3中,在括号中用3′代表电动机辊子,在括号中用3″代表行走辊子。在外表上,电动机辊子3′与行走辊子3″之间以这一侧看去的差别是不能分辨的。用虚线表示的是用于将电动机上的力从电动机辊子3′传至行走辊子3″上的可能的传动绳18。

在图2中用4代表具有两边的凸缘19和一行走表面20的辊子体。前面的凸缘19有一用于旋入传动绳18的槽17。在辊子体4的前端侧与后端侧各自装有一个滚动轴承9和10,它们各自绕固定的轴8运行。在所示的作为实施例的形式中,装在辊子体4中的电动机是一个在内圆柱形辊子表面上具有永久磁极5和在固定的轴上具有带绕组7的叠板内定子6的直流电动机,由此,设置一未示出的电子转换器电路,以代替机械转换器。

轴8的右端部分在从辊子体4出来以后设置螺纹14。轴8在螺纹端借助平螺母11和12与门扇1的上部牢牢地拧在一起。绕组7的绕组连接13通过轴8中的轴向孔引至外面。为了应答在一未示出的已知类型的电动机调节(元件)中的辊子速度的信号,在辊子体4的后端面侧在外侧设置圆环形的条码15。它用一装在门扇1上的读数器16进行例如光电测量。为了应答在同样未示出的已知类型的行程调节(元件)中的信号,在导轨2上设置另一条码21,它用类似的读数器22同样优先进行光电测量。

在图3中未示出新的部分,但是示出了用于伸缩式门的使用例子。

根据此图3,现在进一步详细地探讨按照本发明的装置的功能。在传统的经由随动杠杆的机械驱动装置中,两个门扇1a和lb将由于不同的杠杆比而得到不同的速度,并且由此被规定为不能改变的。采用可单独地控制和调节的电动机辊子3′可以用上述控制装置和调节装置给出门扇la的简单的速度和门扇1b的两倍的速度。另一种可能性为,就极数而言,可将两个电动机辊子3′中的辊子电动机相应地设计成不一样的,由此,两个门扇1a和1b的精确的运动同步或运动关系还可以相互地另外用两个装在门扇1a和1b上的行程调节和速度调节(元件)来观察。

根据滑动门的质量和所要求的速度不同,门驱动装置所需要的功率也相应地不同。例如当设置两个门辊子3作为电动机辊子3′时,就需要将驱动功率加倍。在门扇1很轻时,可以将电动机辊子3′的驱动功率附加地用一绳子18传至行走辊子3″上,由此可改善与导轨2的摩擦接合。此外,电动机辊子3′的行走表面20还可以设有具有高的摩擦系数的包层,由此同样可加强摩擦接合。

作为电动机类型,如同在开始时提到的那样,也可以设置一异步交流电动机。如果在辊子体4中装一个这种电动机,则它由一叠板组外转子组成,该外转子具有插入槽中的短路棒和与短路棒相连的短路环。同样用叠板做成的在轴8上的内定子有具有例如两个或更多的通过绕组布线构成的极的已知的交流绕组。于是,交流电动机的控制与调节可适当地通过可变的电压频率和电压幅度进行。

门辊子3的轮廓不限于所示例子。它可就此做成下凹的或凸出的行走表面,该表面在具有相应的与之匹配的形状的导轨上行走。

也可以用一条轻型链条或一扁平带,以代替绳子18。扁平带可在行走表面20上运行,因而可代替一附加的摩擦包层,不过,此时必须将门辊子中的一个固定在一长形孔或槽中,以张紧带子。

Claims (7)

1.用于电梯的滑动门的通过摩擦轮的门驱动装置,它由至少一扇按直线或曲线移动的门扇(1)组成,该门扇用导向辊(3)悬挂并在一导轨(2)上被导向,其特征为,至少有一导向辊(3)做为具有内电动机的与门扇(1)随动的电动机辊子(3′),此时,辊子体(4)包含电动机辊子(3′)的电动机的外转子的一部分,并且,与门扇(1)连接的轴(8)具有电动机辊子(3′)的电动机内定子的部分。
2.如权利要求1的门驱动装置,其特征为,电动机辊子(3′)作为具有电子转换器的直流电动机形成,此时,外转子由设置在辊子体(4)的内周边上的永久磁铁(5)组成,内定子由固定在轴(8)上的具有绕组(7)的叠板组(6)组成。

4.如权利要求1的门驱动装置,其特征为,电动机辊子(3′)具有在电动机辊子(3′)上带条码(15)和在门扇(1)上带读数器(16)的回转传感器,和/或在导轨(2)上带条码(21)和在门扇(1)带读数器(22)的直线传感器。
5.如权利要求1的门驱动装置,其特征为,在电动机辊子(3′)与行走辊子(3″)之间设置一用于将力从电动机辊子(3′)传至行走辊子(3″)的传动装置。
6.如权利要求5的门驱动装置,其特征为,设置一绳子(18),以用于传动装置,在辊子体的凸缘(19)上有槽(17)存在。
7.如权利要求5的门驱动装置,其特征为,设置一扁平带,以用于传动装置,该平带放置在电动机辊子(3′)和行走辊子(3″)的辊子体(4)的行走表面(20)上并将它们彼此连接。
