Abstract
Description
Die zugehörigen Zeichnungen zeigen;
In dem in Figur 3 gezeigten ersten Schritt wird der zu ersetzende Mast für die Demontage vorbereitet. Die gesamte Anlage wird hierzu zunächst vom Stromnetz getrennt. Danach wird der Mast gegen Umkippen gesichert. Hierzu wird durch Anbringen einer Sicherung am Mastkopf was zweckmäßigerweise mit einer Spezialvorrichtung und einem Kran erfolgt. Das Stromversorgungskabel wird am Kabelkasten getrennt und in das Erdstück zurückgeschoben.
Bei Bedarf kann der Mast im Bereich des Erdübergangs mit einen Schutzanstrich oder einer Mastkaschierung versehen werden.
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Erneuerung eines Stahlrohrmastes mit rundem oder eckigen Querschnitt, bei dem am oberen Ende mindestens eine Leuchte angebracht ist und im Inneren Stromversorgungsskabel verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß folgende Verfahrenschritte ausgeführt werden:Abklemmen des im Inneren des Mastes verlaufenden Stromversorgungskabels,Sichern des Mastes durch zeitweiliges Befestigen des oberen Endes an einem Kran und Trennen des Mastes im Bodenbereich,Freiräumen des Innenraumes des im Erdbereich verbliebenen Mastteiles und Markieren der Eintrittsrichtung des Erdkabels in das Erdstück,Ausrichtung des neuen Mastes oberhalb der Öffnung des Erdstücks und Sichern der Drehlage, so daß sich der Kabeleinführungsschlitz des Erdstückes über dem Kabelausgangsloch des alten Mastes befindet,Vorinstallieren von Leuchte und Kabel im neuen Mast,Verfüllen des Raumes zwischen Erdhülse und neuen Mast mit einem Füllstoff und Verfestigen des Materials.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kabel am Kabelkasten getrennt und in das Erdstück zurückgeschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder des Kabeleinführungsschlitzes gratfrei beschliffen und das Kabel mit einer Schutzhülle aus Plaste versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch der Innenraum des Erdstückes mit einem Füllstoff ausgefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mast im Bereich des Erdaustritts mit einen Schutzanstrich versehen wird.
- Stahlrohrmast mit rundem oder eckigen Querschnitt, insbesondere zur Erneuerung eines vorhandenen Mastes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mast im oberen Bereich einen Durchmesser aufweist, der etwa mit dem Durchmesser des zu ersetzenden Mastes übereinstimmt und im unteren Bereich, welcher sich im Erdreich befindet, der Durchmesser des Mastes soweit verringert ist, daß sein Außendurchmesser geringer ist als der Innendurchmesser des im Erdreich verbliebenen Stückes des zu ersetzenden Mastes.
- Stahlrohrmast nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mast aus einem äußeren Rohrteil und einem inneren Rohrteil besteht, wobei das äußere Rohrteil bis an die Oberfläche des Bodens reicht und das innere Rohrteil teilweise in das äußere Rohrteil hineinreicht und mit dem äußeren Rohrteil verbunden ist und daß das innere Rohrteil mit seinem unteren Bereich in einem im Erdreich verbliebenen Teil eines zu ersetzenden Mastes hineinragt.
- Stahlrohrmast nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Rohrteil mindestens einen nach unten offenen Schlitz mit abgerundeten Kanten zur Einführung eines im zu ersetzenden Mast vorhandenen Kabelanschlusses aufweist.
