Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular steel mast and a method for renewal of a tubular steel pole with a round cross-section, with the one at the top End at least one lamp is attached and power cable inside run, in which a pinching of the inside of the mast running power supply cable and a pre-installation of light and cables in the new mast and a filling of the space between the Soil remaining pieces of the old mast and new mast with a filler and solidifying the material.
- Steel tube masts are subject to wear due to corrosion, so that after A renewal of the masts is required for a number of years.
- the Corrosion can be caused by anti-corrosion agents such as paint or Galvanizing and the like may be reduced, but not avoided.
- the signs of corrosion occur particularly strongly on the Exit point of the mast from the ground. This is caused by the formation of local chemical elements.
- an electrical cable is routed through the mast, which is required, for example, to supply street lighting.
- this cable is often damaged, resulting in further complex repair work.
- SE-B-500 645 describes an arrangement for mounting a light mast, in which the light mast is mounted in an older mast, a sleeve-shaped centering part being inserted into the older mast.
- the centering part has axially arranged ribs with intermediate joint parts. With this arrangement, the mounting foundation existing on an old mast can be used.
- the use of a special centering part is very complex and requires additional security measures.
- a mast arrangement which consists of consists of two shafts inserted into each other at the foot end, one of the shafts screwed in and in the same axis bores in other shaft supporting screws are attached.
- the invention has for its object to provide a mast with which a renewal of an existing mast in a simple and inexpensive way Way is made possible.
- the base of the new mast is designed so that it pushed into the soil of the old mast remaining in the ground can be.
- the invention is characterized by a number of advantages.
- the light pole consists of a mast top 1, which according to the Requirements in terms of shape, mounting height and mast head design has been.
- the base 2 of the new mast which in the Soil remaining piece 7 of the worn mast fits into it, is connected in a suitable manner with this mast top 1. After that the mast in the remaining piece 7 of the old mast remaining in the ground used.
- the mast is made from a mast top 1, and the base 2.
- the base 2 with spot welds 6 on the mast top 1 attached.
- the base 2 has a cable entry slot in the lower area 3 so that it is inserted laterally into the lower part of the mast Power cable 4 can be pushed.
- the slot is with rounded edges to prevent damage to the power supply cable 4 to avoid during assembly.
- the base 2 is in diameter designed so that it remains in the remaining piece of soil 7 of the renewing mast can be inserted.
- Figure 2 illustrates an embodiment in which the mast is designed in one piece. This has one in the lower area, which is located in the ground smaller diameter than that arranged above the ground Mast upper part 1.
- the diameter reduction is dimensioned so that the outer diameter of the new mast is lower in its lower area than the inside diameter of the mast to be replaced and that the outside diameter of the mast to be renewed in the area above Upper edge 10 and the outer diameter of the remaining in the soil Corresponding remaining piece 7 of the mast to be renewed.
- This allows the new mast on the one hand without problems in the remaining piece 7 in the ground of the old mast and on the other hand the load of this Lower part can be included.
- the tight fit and the exact position of the new mast in the remnant 7 of the old mast is here by a Filler 8 serving filler reached.
- the static strength of the old foundation is first checked.
- the mast to be replaced is prepared for disassembly.
- the entire system is first disconnected from the power grid.
- the mast is then secured against tipping over. This is done by attaching a fuse to the mast head, which is conveniently done with a special device and a crane.
- the power supply cable is disconnected at the cable box and pushed back into the remaining part of the mast that remains in the ground.
- the mast is removed.
- the mast is then separated from the ground using a special tool. Here it is held by a crane using the bracket described above and placed laterally after being cut off. In order to avoid damage to the power supply cable 3, the edges are ground without burrs so that they have a clean cutting edge.
- the base of the mast to be replaced is exposed.
- a particular advantage of the method according to the invention is that the remaining piece of the mast to be replaced can remain there in the ground and can be used as a sleeve for fastening the new mast.
- the cavity that arises inside this mast piece is cleared and cleaned.
- the passage point at which the underground cable enters the mast is thus clearly visible and can be marked.
- the exact alignment of the new mast is important for complication-free assembly.
- the cable entry slot 3 of the base must be inserted exactly over the cable exit hole of the old mast.
- the ends of the cable entry are rounded so as not to damage the cable 4.
- the new mast is set up.
- the mast is first pre-installed by providing it with the lamp and the power supply cable. Then the alignment takes place. With the help of the crane and the auxiliary device attached to it, it is positioned in the required height and rotation position and slowly inserted into the earth sleeve still present from the old mast up to a designated mark with which the required height position was identified. The mast is then brought into the exact vertical position and the free space between the ground sleeve and the new mast as well as the interior of the lower mast part is filled with a suitable filler, preferably with quartz sand, and solidified. Sand, mortar, lean concrete, plastics or other commercially available building materials can be used as backfill. If necessary, the mast can be provided with a protective coating or mast lamination in the area of the ground transition.
- FIG. 6 explains the final fourth step to complete the Mastes.
- the existing underground cable can be connected to the cable junction box 5 connected and the system activated. If necessary another adjustment of the mast area to the environment, e.g. by Paving, made.
